Great food ! Fish tacos were delish but portion was too small. A side salad or some veggie sticks would have complimented it nicely. Jake's Fish with sweet potato fries were great except that the fries were over done. Service was good too. I will definitely be going back.

Amazing service and the best sticky toffee cake I have ever had!

Long standing bar/restaurant in Brampton, this is the first time I have been here in years. We arrived for an early supper on a Friday so the place was nearly empty, still the service was great and the food very good.

I had the steak frites and the missus had the blackened trout with fries. We both enjoyed out meals very much and the prices were right around 20 bucks each so great value for money.

We didn't stay later but there was live music setting up for the night and it seems like there is live music most weekends.

The beer and drink selection was quite good, if not outstanding.

We will definitely be coming back and will probably bring friends for a full evening out.

Excellent food had the jerk chicken Alfredo was delicious! Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere the live band is a plus will be back for sure!

Hidden gem! Only decent place to go in Brampton/Mississauga area. We had a large party and they seated us for a lovely 5 course tasting menu. To our surprise the food was finger licking and above average. All the food was organic and seasonal. They really have a culinary genius hiding in the kitchen and the most bubbly and fun staff who catered to all our modifications. Like seriously lamb and Harrisa ribs? Spanish croquets? Pork and kimchi gyoza? wow.

Thanks to the he singer took all our song requests and the complimentary Irish coffee's <3

Place is quiet, decent and sports enthusiast....
I hear that it gets busy during Fridays and Saturdays....
You should come with a company, because the food comes in big size and Good quality offcourse. This is my first visit and I like it!
Prices are VERY reasonable!!!!
Host is not rude, that's what I can say for now.
But, the ambience is amazing, gives you a relaxing vibe.
Good collection of wines as well, must try the glass of wine of Pellar Estates

One of my favorite places to go. The food is great, service excellent and the owner is an awesome guy. Great atmosphere here with live entertainment usually on Fri and sat. The back room is available to rent for special occasions and is often rented. This place is kind of like a sports bar with the TVs on the walls playing sports or what have you.
A place where you feel welcomed and never rushed out the door.

Tried the place for a private event based on a friend’s suggestion and was not disappointed. Great drinks, food, and ambiance. Fast service and great staff. Highly recommended.

Went on a Saturday night to see a band. By 9pm the restaurant was packed. The food was great. Everyone had a good evening.

Freshly made burgers with a hint of garlic and coriander, stacked with all kinds of goodies. Some of the best burgers around the area.

Haven't tried anything else from their menu yet.

A great experience with fantastic food and wonderful friends. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for tonight.

Number one- if you enjoy the band- go here around 7.30-8.00 pm on Saturdays
If you love fish and chips/ here is the biggest size you will ever see. We ordered two pieces of fish and chips for $24.00 and the size was humungous, very unusual to be seen in Canada. The herbed fries were super delicious!!!
We ordered southern fried tacos but were so filled already with fish and chips that we had to take home rest of the food. Next day the tacos tasted as delicious as they could be!! That fried chicken and slaw on it is to die for!
Returning again this week to explore their new Happy hour menu that has chicken tikka samosas , bao buns and much more

We just stopped in for a bite to eat and was entertained by a great local band. The food came out quick and was delicious the beer wasn't bad either

3/5 stars for the restaurant, 5/5 stars for the staff! Had a great night last night, good pub-fare food, but what made the night was staff member Kim - incredible sense of humour, fantastic level of service and attentiveness, and made certain that everyone was having a great time without being a bother/pest!

A testament to the importance of having good people on the team in the hospitality industry - thanks to you Kim, you are an immense credit to your establishment!

Excellent experience! We had the party room today for a 70th birthday. The room was well setup and very clean. Sid was great with the booking and met with us a week before to plan the appetizers and general details. He also provided exceptional service during the party, promptly attending to our every need. Keiran was an excellent server, providing fast and friendly service. Nobody was ever without a drink. Food was served exactly as we ordered and was delivered on time. Great selection of appetizers for everyone. I would definitely recommend Jake’s for a private gathering. Ask for Sid and Keiran!

We had a lovely dinner Friday night. I got the pan seared Tilapia, it was great! Waitresses were super nice. The band was awesome but they had to pack it in early. Unfortunately the place was pretty empty. Will try again on a Saturday night.
