This has to be the best pet store I have been to! I have been going to them for the past two years and they have been exceptionally phenomenal. Katie always takes such good care of us and our pets. We love their delivery service, and we love going to their store. their store is super clean super friendly and has great deals all the time! I wouldn’t go to any other pet store but Pet Value on Mississauga Rd!

This pet valu has the best staff and products.
Just bought a poodle and came to the shop where I was introduced to so many amazing products that good for your pets. They only recommend the best. I really enjoy the pet wash, affordable, quick and easy. All the staff are very knowledgeable and treat everyone like family. If you haven’t gone here yet. You missing out, different products than your normal pet valu. only the best!!!

Went in with my girlfriend to get some toys and a few other things for our puppy Brandy. I must say Katie went above and beyond to help us find a proper fitting harness as well as a few other things. Pet Valu I truly hope you realize what a fantastic employee you have and I hope anyone reading this has the chance to let Katie help them put with your pets needs as she'll get you what your looking for as she truly does love animals!!!

Apart from finding everything I need at this location, they have the best customer service with a warm welcome each time I go. The staff is very helpful whenever I try to find something I need. Great location!!

I went in to use their self serve dog wash. I had the pleasure of meeting Alan who explained everything well and had such a great attitude. The service was easy to use and very convenient for $10. He had music playing and really set the vibe. I was dancing and washing my dog at the same time. Will definitely return. Great customer service

I was recently visiting Brampton and popped in to grab a few new items for our puppy. I had the pleasure of meeting Alan and I swear, I thought he was the franchise owner. He was so enthusiastic, welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. I was so impressed, I asked if he owned the store and was so surprised when he said he was just an employee. We should all be so lucky to have employees like Alan! Will return for sure! ✌🏼

Great store. I take my big dog here for a bath and the team is always friendly, helpful, and polite. They have two tubs but are only allowing one pup at a time. They clean it up very well between dogs and provide soap, towels, and a blow dryer. Very roomy and easy to wash my big dog. Parking lot does get pretty busy so be careful with your dog, but definitely a really store with great services and options.

Love taking my dog here for the wash! Easy on your back, everything is included for only $10 I have gone other places and paid $20 to wash my own dog.. $10 is a steal! Staff are always friendly and your pup gets a treat at the end!

Great place for pet supplies. In the medium price range, offers self operated pet washes for cheap, locally owned, and caring staff. Honestly would come again just to see the adoptable kittens they keep around. Has mostly everything for cats/dogs/fish.

I like this store a lot as this is my go to place for my dog and i have never been disappointed. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. The store has premium brands of dog food which is why i go here. There is also a self dog bath facility available.

i always come here for my pet needs as they keep a great stock of products in store and always offer to order things in for me if they don’t have it then and there! amazing store and even better people running it - i always leave with a smile on my face!

I would give Jenny 100 stars if I could. I love shopping at this location and at the location at Kings Point Plaza. Jenny the owner is amazing. The staff at both locations are so helpful. Jenny and her staff genuinely care about their customer's needs for their pets. I've been going to Jenny's stores ever since I moved to Brampton a few years ago. I would not trust my pet's needs to any one else except Jenny and her 2 locations. I noticed a negative comment from a customer about a mean man being at the 9445 Mississauga Road store. the customer must be mistaken about the location. Jenny would not allow any of her staff to mistreat a customer. Jenny is passionate about what she offers at both of her store locations. I would highly recommend the Pet Valu store at the kings point plaza location and the Pet Valu location at 9445 Mississauga Road. If I lived in south Mississauga or even Toronto I would travel the distance to purchase my pet's food at Jenny's stores. See for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
