Fort Rose Maple Company

Fort Rose is definitely a well-kept secret! We visited with family friends who visited from the GTA and a beautiful brunch experience was had by all. The kids also enjoyed a trip to the Sugar Bush, where we learnt about how maple syrup is tapped from the maple tree and processed. The pancakes were excellent and the place was packed full when we arrived, though we were able to get enough seats for all six of us! Fort Rose deserves a lot photos and testimonials.

Great food, and amazing hosts. You can tour the facility and learn how maple syrup is made now, and how it was made in the past. There is also a barn full of animals you can visit.

My kids enjoyed the wagon ride and seeing how Maple syrup is made. He also enjoyed seeing the animals.

We got amber and dark maple syrup. Going back next year for the all you can eat pancakes.

If you're going for the pancake breakfast get there early! Long line but worth it. I thought a bit expensive at $13. Toured the Sugar House and the barn for the animals. Saw kids taking a wagon ride. Bought some maple syrup at the store. Nice place.

Great tour of the bush, very informative staff. The barn was exciting for the kids to see some animals, and the ability to witness what goes on behind the scenes is fun.
Reasonably priced meals in the store, and lots of seasonal things to buy

Amazing food only problem is the 1 bathroom for the large area and it feels like it doesn't lock right other than that its amazing food for an even more amazing price.

By far the best syrup place we've been to in the general London area. The food is amazing as or the syrup and all the different kinds you can purchase (i.e. Golden, Amber, Dark, etc). They are very knowledgeable, answered all of the questions my kids could possibly ask them. We've gone back for three years now.

Delicious meal hot syrup on the tables at all times and you can buy some to take home. The ride to see the maple trees and learn about the sap is really good too. You must go

This is a special place. All the family is welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The barn and sugarbush tours were enjoyable. The tractor ride to the sugar bush is alway a joy. Their maple products and breakfast are the measuring stick to what others products should be. Delicious.

Had a wonderful time today at Fort Rose Maple Syrup Company farm! Our family really enjoyed the wagon ride to the sugar bush, the tour & the pancakes with maple syrup was fantastic! We will differently come back again!

I just picked up the Amber and dark syrup from the Strathroy farmer's market yesterday (Saturday).

I just tried the dark, and now I'm hooked for life!
I far prefer the slightly less sweet, almost smoky taste to this syrup.

There gentleman working at the stand was very nice and had great information.

Todd is seriously the first time I've been given a choice of what type of syrup I would like.

I made Dutch crepes, and had apple wood smoked bacon with it. So good!

This place was the perfect maple syrup experience for us. All you can eat breakfast followed by a wagon ride to the sugar bush where we learned about maple syrup harvesting. Our kids got to tap a tree, and then meet the cows, pigs and baby chickens in the barn. We will be back next year for sure!

Great pancake breakfast, great wagon ride with sugar bush tour and a fun little barn for the kiddos. A yearly tradition for our family.

Favorite sugar Shack! We go every year. The baked beans here are the best! Staff is very friendly. Wagon ride is always an extra fun plus.

Always a great experience here. We've been making the annual trek to Fort Rose for many years. The other pancake houses around here are also good, but Fort Rose has my heart.
