Helpful for service and what they don't carry they are great with helping you find what you need

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. A woman searched out a product for me on their system as opposed to “No we don’t carry it”. Younger, teenager male on cash ringing my purchases through was soooooo polite and cordial. I love shopping in smaller town businesses. Great job folks.

If there was space for a 6th star, they'd get it in my eyes. Everyone is great to work with. From the phone call ahead of the trip there, the folks looking after the service desk and of course the team in the yard, all awesome! Thank you for looking after us and our business! Bravo to the team!

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Kathy while I was in a real bind. All I can say is that she knocked it out of the park! Wonderful experience over all. 10/10! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thanks Kathy!

Very helpful & friendly staff.
I wasn't sure where to find the nails I was looking for and the sales associate came over, took me right to them and advised me which ones would be better.
Seems like they have a great selection of products as well.
Definitely will be back!

The service is like no other, super friendly and helpful. If you are stuck on a project they have all sorts of advice to get you through any issues and will work with you on finding the right solution. I would give 10 stars if I could. My friend from out of town said he will now drive to this store for lumber just for the customer service and the quality of wood products. Thanks again.

Loved going into this store since I was a kid! I have Kathy partially to thanks for my love of building. she always gave me the time of day as a kid for my "projects". Great service.

I came here for three things. I left with 2. That's ok. Very friendly helpful people working here. Lots of stock. I think we will come here more often.

Best Home Hardware there is. The women who work here know their stuff. Always helpful and friendly. If they don't have what I need they will quickly bring it in. One of the few stores that seem to welcome phone calls and questions. They are my first choice for ideas and information. Excellent reputation in a small town and I really appreciate them being there for us.
