After getting some renovations done in our garage, I needed the sensor re-installed and my message board cleared. I was unsure how to do this myself, so Ken came out, and quickly got me all fixed up. Scott and the RFE crew installed a complex Smart Home system for me in 2020, complete with exterior cameras, full security alarm system, Sonos wireless sound system, and surround sound theater system including new large-screen Tv’s and speakers.
They looked after everything from install to programming, making it a seamless transition, even taking the time to teach us how to operate and manage the system.
I was so happy with the results, I hired RFE back to install a similar system for our barn and guest house in 2022!

Best security company in Invermere. Love that they’re local and the Technicians were extremely professional. What convinced me though was their 24/7 Guard Response. Being from out of town I love that these guys will check on my place whenever there’s an alarm which gives me way more peace of mind than my precious security company. Ken from RFE answered our call of a low heat alarm during the recent cold snap. He quickly responded immediately for us, while we were in Calgary and confirmed the furnace was non functioning.
He gave us immediate updates and placed portable heaters throughout the house and waited until our plumber arrived.
Without Kens quick action and commitment to RFE customers, there is no doubt we would be dealing with a complete freeze-up of our house.

Scott and his crew were terrific with the installation of our security system. They were also so helpful in setting up our sound system for home theatre. Our family moved to the Radium area 4 years ago and our builder recommended Scott at RFE alarms. The install was done quickly and professionally and I can honestly say that we have never had a problem with our system. RFE is a local company who really cares about their customers. We have used RFE Alarms as our security company for over 15 years and have been very pleased with the prompt service, response, and protection. Having RFE monitor our home saved us from a costly repair. We had temperature monitoring as part of our package and the alarm was triggered when our furnace quit working (while we were away) in the middle of a cold snap. The alarm notification allowed us to call family to check and start remediation to keep the pipes from freezing. Great choice for security in the Valley.
