I had a brake problem during my stay in the area this past summer. Blaine and Hunter are great guys. Blaine was very helpful and professional in looking after the issue for me. Fair and honest pricing.

We were on vacation in the area when my alternator belt and belt tensioner went. Online automotive got my car in and fixed it within a couple days for a very fair price. Made a stressful situation very easy to navigate.

Went in for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection on an older van to convert to a camper. Was given an honest opinion and a list of items to repair and watch out for. Seemed like a great shop and chatting with maybe the owner(?) was very nice.

Fast, fair and friendly. They were able to get my vehicle in for an emergency repair in a timely manner.

My bestfriend went here for an oil change and was charged $200. They never even gave her the oil change and charged her for all this extra stuff she never asked nor approved of. Do not go here. They even laughed in our faces when asked about it. Disrespectful, unprofessional and a scam.

I got there for the first time today and got patronized for not having the good car for my needs apparently. Dissaponting customer service and a huge waste of time. Ended up not having my car checked at this place.

YIKES!! please for the love of god do not visit the moron. He didn’t tighten my oil filter enough after my $200 oil change & threatened to kick my dog if I didn’t get the F off his property. Guy is a complete douche.

if you have any issues with your car do not come here. had issues with my steering wheel shaking when i was going downhill and breaking the guy said he would have it fixed and costed me 400 dollars but at least the issue was fixed right. nope i noticed a few days after when i went down the same mountain and then i come back and said they aren't going to fix the issue or remburst me for anything. basically spend 400 dollars to get nothing done to my car

girlfriend got an oil change done today and she was charged 190 dollars on a 2008 dodge avenger. i go in and ask why he charged her for all this extra stuff (air filter, window wipers, washer fluid and others) he said it's our service and i said you should call first instead of charging her before hand. he laughed in my face and said nothing i can do. scam

being that in invermere, most people getting work done on their cars are not from here. it can be hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. especially as a young women. well let me just say this guy is not one of the ones u can trust!! be prepared to spend $200 on an oil change and be ripped off for services and that weren’t even done.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve received. My family had car issues while skiing in panorama from Calgary when our van door fell off its tracks. The owner laughed at me over the phone, said he wouldn’t touch it as there wasn’t “a win” in it for him. Terrible.
