Had a headlight go out while working in the area and not only did they have a replacement in stock the fella who helped me was able to sell me a new set of high powered led bulbs that were plug n play replacements for the old din ones!

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Cracked an injector line on my diesel while down there for holidays. Spoke with Ross and he went above & beyond for me. Couldn’t find parts due to the age of the truck but told me to come down and he would find a way to get it fixed. After removing the line, he took the line a couple doors down to a fabrication shop and had the guys braze it back together and got me back on the road in no time. Anytime I’m ever down there they will always have my business. Saved the holiday and couldn’t thank him more for the help. Highly recommend these guys.

Attended to Napa Auto Parts in Invermere, BC to inquire about having them do a diagnostic check as my engine light was on. The gentleman working assisted right away and was professional and willing to assist. I recommend them anytime.

10/10 best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. I was on vacation snowboarding in panorama as an 18 year old with 3 good friends. Last day there I fired up my car for the first time in 3 days and realized I have another misfire even though I just replaced spark plugs and wires a week ago. This Napa gave me a good deal on coil packs for my car and let me borrow the tools I needed to replace coil packs in their parking lot. Never rushed me through borrowing their tools and extremely friendly staff willing to give me a hand to fix my car so I could make my 6.5 hour journey back home safely with my friends. The older gentleman was fantastic helping me find the parts I needed and the younger man definitely saved me when I thought I stripped a screw he knew how to fix the problem for me. I strongly recommended this Napa to anyone who wants honest helpful workers.

Built a 1970 pontiac bb 400 to go in a 67 firebird and had a hard time sourcing the parts . Guys at napa invermere really came through and found everything i needed at prices that compare to the internet. Highly recommended.

Our stupid oil light came on halfway through our road trip. We were able to purchase the right kind of synthetic oil and they were kind enough to dispose of the empty oil container for me. Thanks!
