Pille at Gemstone Salon & Spa always does a top notch job when I come in for my haircuts. She is very professional, friendly and ensures that I am completely happy with my haircut. I would highly recommend Pille but book in advance as she is so popular there is no chance of getting a walk-in appointment!

Had my eyelashes and eye brows tinted and loved the result. The aesthetician was very friendly and lovely.

I have had my hair done by Tammy and Dani. Gemstone always impresses me, the staff are all kind, professional, and great at what they do. The atmosphere is welcoming and the studio is always clean and cozy! Dani was amazing when I came back after an appointment, very understanding and wanted to fix the concern I had. I am getting my wedding hair and makeup done there this spring, I’m super excited!

I was a little hesitant about booking the gel pedicure due to the price, but Alix was extremely professional and took her time to ensure my experience was beyond excellent. The pedicure took approx 90-100 minutes, so I didn't feel rushed. The spa was spotless and the service was great! I also had a haircut booked with Blake as I was a little overdue for a trim. He did a really good job with the trim and I left feeling really happy with the service I was provided. 10/10 would recommend.

Came back to review a second time as I had such an amazing experience again. Tammie & Alix did my hair & nails for a trip and I absolutely recommend them to anyone! My nails lasted the whole trip and they made me feel so beautiful, Tammie goes above & beyond on my hair & I always have such a great experience at their salon.

Today I booked a massage with Ken and holy moly is this guy amazing!! Super professional and extremely helpful and overall very kind! I super duper recommend this place. Ken also gave me some really helpful tips for my carpeltunnel/pinched nerve for when Im back home!

Tammie & Alex did my hair/make up for my wedding day and I can't thank them enough for doing a wonderful job! Lovely ladies very friendly and super professional. Very very happy, I had many compliments on the day. Would recommend!

I saw Juli today for the first time - WOW! I wanted a change, and I got it! She is the first stylist to really listen to what I wanted and provide several options for a "change" to my dated and tired hairstyle. My hair is fun and youthful and still easy to manage. Thank you Juli for listening and helping me find a new look that I LOVE! I would recommend Mystique to anyone looking for a professional salon. The online booking is easy and the rates are very transparent!

I had them do my wedding hair and makeup on 7.27.2019...along with my maid of honor. They did an amazing job on both of us, and I loved how it turned out! The hair and makeup lasted through the entire night! They were so nice...we had a great time while there!

Was in Invermere for a couple of weeks for work from Edmonton and was going to need a lash fill during that time. Dropped into Mystique to inquire, the salon had a nice atmosphere and they were able to accommodate an appointment around my schedule. Alix was super nice and professional, she did a fantastic job on my lash fill and I would highly recommend her.

Just had a great short men's haircut from Pille. Pille is great at cutting hair and a great conversationalist. I appreciated her taking the time to clean up my eyebrows and sideburns as well.

I am new to town and been trying to find a good hair dresser. Decides to go with Mystique after reading the reviews. I ended up with Blake. He was really good understanding what I needed for my hair. Now this place will be my place for hair to get done.

Awesome service and great customer appreciation. Visiting Fairmont and desired a colour and style change. Blake was my stylist and he was a wonderful young man ..I listened and agreed with his recommendations... absolutely love my colour and shorter hair.
