Excellent service awesome staff!! I wanted a specific burrito and Nikki went out of her way to make it for me! Anytime I am in n falls I will stop back again!

Everything was made fresh right before our eyes and the staff was courteous as well. They prioritize drive thru orders so in-restaurant orders take time to get fulfilled

They were kinda slow tonight. Drivethru worker was pleasant, food was yummy!

I was so hungry tonight. Me and my friend were so hungry and we spent a whole hour trying to find somewhere to eat that was open. It was eleven thirty and everywhere was closing or closed. We saw the Taco Bell and questioned if we should take the risk of driving 15 minutes for it. We took the risk. We arrived and saw previous reviewers who complained about the drive thru wait time and quality of service but we decided to risk it yet again. We proceeded to wait twenty minutes just to get to the order board. They were out of baja blast which was a pretty big disappointment, however they had a positive attitude and lighthearted charm that made the wait worth it. We ordered and proceeded to wait another forty minutes to get to the window. We arrived at the window and were pleasantly greeted, then found our drinks had been upgraded in size. After discussing with the employee we discovered it was just him and his manager working! I was appalled that someone could be so dedicated to their Night Shift at Taco Bell and am truly honoured to be served by such an amazing worker. He still took the time to ask details such as if we needed sauce or not, despite the fact that he was very busy and clearly under a lot of pressure(thirteen cars waiting in line). I hope this employee finds happiness in life and is also given a raise, both would be very well deserved.
I truly learned alot from this experience and if you have an hour and some friends, I would highly recommend this odd adventure. It was more of a journey and an experience then it was a fast food restaurant.

Standard Taco Bell with great staff, and fun chalupas! We stopped here for a quick bite before meeting up with friends at the fashion outlets... in a taco lover- need I say more? Also- lobe their steak and detest the beef mince so I have to make sure I order right:)

We went to taco bell at 11 am and got scrumptious tacos potatoes and a quesadilla. We forgot our water, so a kind worker brought it out to our car! 10/10 would recommend.

I'm seeing an unnecessary amount of negative comments for this Taco Bell. Went at 10:30, waited MAYBE 5 mins in the line and got my food exactly how I asked for it. It's like every Taco Bell ever. Don't listen to these reviews !

They ran out of food and closed for a few hours otherwise food and service is good.

The manager leane is a sweet heart the staff are hard workers. Unfortunately the customers get nasty with them no matter how hard they work to please everyone. If you treat them with kindness you will receive excellent service if you treat them poorly they still make a strong effort to fix any and all mistakes

Delicious crunchy tacos with red sauce!

Great food, friendly staff. A few years ago, I filled out the survey on the receipt, stating that they had bushes by the drive thru that made it difficult to see when exiting and were dangerous. I guess enough people complained, because they changed their landscaping and the bushes are no longer there, and visibility is perfect. So they must have a manager that knows what they're doing. Always a good sign!

I visited Taco Bell 018589 this evening on 7/2/20 at 7:52,I was greeted very professionally by Jacob and Sonja! My order was perfect as well as my service! It’s not very often that I visit a drive thru and things go In my favor. Today was the total opposite and I highly recommend going to this location!! Thanks guys!👍🙏

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! There were two very helpful workers there. Never have I had this level of high quality customer service ever. Jazmine and Jaylin made my Taco Bell experience not only fun, but I can't explain the amount of help they provided. Very down to earth people as well. These two workers made my Taco Bell experience PHENOMENAL!!

This is....and has been..one of the best run..cleanest and highest quality food standards. ..of any unit in the chain. The crew is awesome. ..and they really put out a great product on a very consistent basis.2 thumbs-up for sure-
