Hard Rock Cafe

Was finally able to get to this restaurant and I was not disappointed. We were seated quick, waitress came to our table very quickly and took our drink order. Drinks were brought out quick as was our food considering there was a large party before us. Food was delicious and just the right portion size. Just a little pricy but that's to be expected. The purple haze was 19.99 CAD

Had an incredible experience here with my fiancé . I was served by Suzie and she was amazing! She was very friendly and really communicated well with us even though it was busy. Never felt neglected, only felt super cared for. The food was super great too. I order the impossible burger and it was just delicious!

I would definitely come again and ask for suzie again!

My husband and I visit every Hard Rock when we travel, so we had to try the one in Niagara Falls, Canada. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with elegant décor that created a perfect setting for a memorable meal.

The service was outstanding. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The staff's professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced our dining experience.

Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great dining experience (Forgot to capture pics of my food 😩)

A really nice Hard Rock restaurant with a great menu that tastes good. There are some really interesting pieces of music history throughout the restaurant and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. A great experience - I particularly liked the poutine fries as a side to my burger.

Amazing food here and also the drinks menu is fantastic. Our host was Katherine, she was the best ever!! Always asked if we needed anything else just at the right time and it was a pleasure to be looked after so we'll. She was soooo good!! Thanks Katherine, you made our experience perfect!

Me and my friend are so happy that we have come here! I personally recommend it to everyone that wants to have this experience. The service is great, the food is delicious. The place is captivating.

Had a wonderful lunch here before heading back to the US. The food was great and service was fast! Shayne was so welcoming and friendly. He had such a great personality! :) Yes, it could be considered a little pricey but it was on-par with other restaurants in the area.

Went for dinner with my family and was served by Jenn and a young server in training (Im sorry I forgot her name but she had a beautiful smile and cool hair).

Jenn was so quick and attentive she went above and beyond to cater to my dad’s special request and we were so thrilled with her. The food came out really quickly and everything was super fresh and well seasoned.

We cant thank Jenn enough for how attentive and kind she was! Honestly such a fantastic person. We hope to be back soon :)

Just had a quick stop from visiting Niagara falls and went to try Hard Rock this lunch with my fam. T’was a very busy noon yet the food was served on time. This poutine with pulled pork blew me away and I love it. Hats off to the team, specially to Eliza who made sure we got everything we need.

Food and service are consistently good. One can catch a nice glimpse of the falls but it doesn't have a view unlike a few options close to it. We didn't have to wait at all in the salon upstairs but the outdoors bar downstairs was full (and very loud). It's a very good option when one doesn't want to spend a lot of time for lunch.

Great music! Great food, great atmosphere! Our server Tracy was wonderful and so helpful. My son was so excited they just restocked the Messi prize that comes with the kid’s meal. Great place to relax at after doing the boat tour! 😅🤣😂

Big thanks to Michelle K for making our dinner a great experience. We were almost about leave after sitting with a toddler and no one came to our table to take our order for some time, while new comers were already being served. Although our table was not assigned to her, she noticed we were not being tended to and came over took our order and was there for us for the evening. Thank you so much Michelle K!

First time here and came for my bday, our server was so sweet and kind she even brought me out a Sundae for my birthday an sang, was really sweet

I went there last May 12 to celebrate Mother's Day with my husband and ordered the best selling nachos and legendary burger main course. The food were amazing as well as the service. Eliza was very nice, courteous and polite even if the place is very busy. She served our food immediately and its good that she's asking if we need anything else. It's a sign of giving a good customer service. Keep it up. We'll surely comeback again.

Lively and friendly Hard Rock. Ordered the 'National Dish' speciality of Poutine which we tried and enjoyed. English translation: Cheesy Fries and Gravy. Some local beers as well as other 'pulled' meats. Hearty and tasty. Not too busy considering the location at 12:00. Only downside was the placing of a lot of the memorabillia - especially guitars - behind large tables of diners, so you couldnt really get a close up view of them, which strangely, I havent encountered at any other Hard Rocks.

Our server is what made our service exceptional! Yes, the food was delicious, portions were huge, and atmosphere was on point for a Hard Rock, but Michelle was amazing and made the experience! She was friendly, welcoming, attentive and made our experience most enjoyable. She was also mindful to use the correct pronouns when addressing my daughter (as her ID has not yet been updated), which unfortunately does not happen often in many places, some in fact, have treated her differently once they realize she is trans. Michelle was amazing and made her feel most comfortable. Thank you Michelle! You have no idea how much that meant to my daughter and to our family. ❤

Jordan was our server and he was awesome! He was very friendly, attentive, and remembered our order without writing it down. We were a larger party. Great experience and I believe he was a huge part of that. Other staff we came in contact with were friendly too.

My entire family loves Hard Rock Cafe… we currently are traveling all across the world to hit as many Hard Rock Cafes we can. At this specific cafe, we had Tracy as our server and she was so kind. She was so good at her job, and was lovely to talk to. She had so many other tables but she constantly checked on us. Highly recommend!

Kelly was an absolute delight during our dining experience! Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. Not only was she attentive and efficient, but she also went above and beyond to ensure our meal was enjoyable. Kelly's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on. Her genuine care for her customers truly shone through in her service. We left the restaurant with full stomachs and even fuller hearts, thanks to Kelly's exceptional hospitality. We'll definitely be returning, and we hope to be greeted by Kelly's cheerful presence again!

Our family has a tradition of visiting Hard Rock Cafe's when we're on vacation when we're nearby one and buy a hurricane glass to add to the collection. Our waitress, Kelly, made our experience here unique. She provided excellent service, was down to earth and easy to connect with.
