They have very friendly staff. They can accommodate to your needs and switch days or times, if given good notice. They are open evenings which is awesome for people who work till 4 and can’t get out of their work. Taylor is very knowledged Therapist, and gives you exercises to do at home To help move your recovery quicker.

I’ve seen Taylor several times now for a long term, previously ignored injury and could not be happier. They offer flexible options and assistance levels for those who don’t need to be shown every movement or need a second workout. They use an app to show your workout programs so you can easily do them at home.
