We bought a new range 14 days ago. The oven stopped working yesterday and it started making random beeping noises, so only after 13 days of using it. Dealing with their service department right now at Wiens. So far it seems like they are willing to help us out with getting a new and different model. I’ll provide an update. Update: Wiens worked with the supplier and were able to get us an exchange!

Fantastic customer service. We've bought our last few appliances from Wiens and have not been disappointed. Prices are decent, and it's nice to support a local business.

We shopped around at a number of stores for high end kitchen appliances and found that Weins was able to beat the prices of all of their competitors in the city. They also have easily the most impressive showroom. We dealt with Doug. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and I highly recommend him. Weins was definitely worth the drive.

I smashed my glass cook top on Thursday and I my new one was installed the following Tuesday afternoon. I emailed Dylan Wiens on Saturday afternoon and he responded within 20 minutes with three options, notes on availability, links to the items and all were competitively priced. When I picked it up I mentioned that I'd need an installer. He arranged for that as well while I waited - for the next afternoon! I could not be more pleased with his responsiveness and the customer service I received from all his staff. And, as a side note, the high-end appliance store I went to on Saturday in the city still hasn't gotten back to me on cooktop availability!

Bit of a story here. We originally purchased a new set of appliances for our kitchen reno from one of the big stores in Winnipeg. After having to deal with no stock and back order issues for 5 weeks, we cancelled our order and went to see Dylan. Not only did he beat their price, but we had more selection to choose from. He even offered to bring in a refrigerator just for us to look at! Impressive. We bought 4 pieces last Wednesday night and they were all delivered to our home on Monday morning! No huge wait! Delivery guys were professional and very friendly. Great experience! Now for the bad... there was no bad! Thank you Dylan!

We had a great experience. My washer broke today, just when the provincial shopping restrictions came into effect. I called around stores in Winnipeg, and I could not find any store that could offer a quick delivery nor a store that had a washer in stock that was under $1K. I texted this store, and Nathan wrote back right away and he had the stock and had it arranged so that it was all ready to go at the warehouse. We left Winnipeg at 12:30 and we returned to Winnipeg and had it installed by 3:30. Great service and I’m happy.

Purchased all our appliances for our new house in the middle of the pandemic. Lisa, the sales representative, was very helpful. As delivery issues became apparent she assisted us with selecting a different washer and dryer. All appliances arrived in time. Prices are very competitive. Installation of microwave and dishwasher caused some headaches, but at the end it all turned out fine. Highly recommend Wiens Furniture.

5* Doug helped us pick out our appliances. He knows his stuff! I had emailed him ahead of time since we were referred to Wiens through our home builder (Foxridge). I have Doug our budget and what appliances we needed, along a very vague idea of what we are looking for and what we didn't want. We got there and he had a few sets to show us, pretty much narrowed things down to exactly what we needed and we got much high end appliances than I thought we could afford! Most of their appliances are have the manufacturer's suggested retail price listed along with the "Wiens price". Most appliances are a few hundred less than the MSRP. Great experience, good selection and great staff. Very happy with the overall experience so far. UPDATE: delivery was smooth and the delivery workers were polite. There was a minor dent on the oven door which looked to be a manufacturing defect. The delivery staff took note and had a replacement door ordered for us. The door has since been replaced. We are very happy with our appliances, service and overall experience.

Awesome experience buying appliances here. Unlike almost all other appliance stores they actually have a huge showroom with WORKING appliances. What a concept! Besides which, Dylan was insanely knowledgeable, went out of his way to make us happy and gave us a rally fair price to boot. Will definitely refer everyone I know here - amazing.
