Very nice doctor!Very nice Staffs! I didn’t want to give 5 stars only because I don’t want too many patients come here hahaha:P. Thank you very much Dr. Doad for your patience. You really care about my parents’ health even if they can’t communicate well in English.

Called and was told it was not busy, I arrived and the waiting room was indeed empty. Was immediately ushed into a waiting room and was seen by the doctor, given a prescription and was out the door in less than fifteen minutes. On my way out the waiting room was packed with standing room only. The recoponist was extremely polite and great to interact with.
Guess it was my lucky day with virtual no waiting

Dr Doad has been a blessing to have since I've moved to Toronto. She listens to my health concerns and acts accordingly. Her medical advice and knowledge has truly helped me as a senior. She's very accommodating and patient. I look forward to our interaction going forward. Thank you Dr Doad!

I have been a patient with Dr. Doad for almost a year now and in that time not only have I visited the clinic multiple times but I also take my two children and my husband. Between the four of us, our experience has been good. Unlike some of the other reviews, I have never had an issue getting a referral from the doctor. In fact, she had to suggest twice to me that she refer me to a clinic to help with my weight loss goals and I had great success.

As for the clinic, I have never had to wait more than 20-30 minutes for an appointment. The staff has been very helpful on many occasions. I also delight in how I see the interpersonal relationships that the staff have with some of the patients who are probably more regular.

My visit was great! I went to the receptionist desk and she sent me straight to the waiting room. That's not always going to happen of course but anyway, she was so kind and in a good mood. The doctor was also really nice and the guy who gave me my prescriptions. Maybe they fired the rude people, give them another chance :)

I absolutely recommend this clinic. I have been to this clinic several times and really appreciate the caring attitude. I love this clinic because of the nice, kind and polite staffs who are working there epecially the front desk.Tina was the receptionist the days I went. She was so helpful, caring and kind. She always gives me an estimated wait time which was accurate.Her smile makes you feel better. She is amazing! The doctor is so supportive and is a good listener. She is also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work! Thank you!!!!!!

I LOVE Dr. Doad! 😁 I am new to Richmond Hill and new to this office and had such an amazing experience today. So good in fact, that I am writing my first ever review because after seeing the poor reviews here, I feel it’s important to share my experience.
When I called, the receptionist answered the phone and was professional and friendly, and she answered all of my many questions.
I made sure to go in the middle of the afternoon on Tuesday knowing that it’ll likely be less busy at that time. There was only two patients ahead of me. The receptionist “Joveline” (I think) was awesome —friendly and helpful!
Dr. Doad was VERY kind, compassionate and patient with me. I had a few things to discuss and she didn’t rush me, instead she kindly answered all my questions and provided me with so much help and the resources I need.
I’m soooooo happy that I found her!!!

Dr Doad is my family doctor for many years, I followed her even when she moved to this new location few years ago when her Yonge office got closed due to Viva constructions. She listens, does not interrupts, willingly accommodates your asks.

Good doctor and staff is very polite

Been here more than 3 times and it's one of the better walk-in clinic. The doctor was very thorough and covered all my health concerns with a good length of time. I will be returning regularly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ricky Sheth is a great doctor period. He is very welcoming and speaks to you like a friend who really cares, you don't feel like just another number. He also gives good life advice and tips on living healthy as well as feeling mentally healthy. 10/10

I highly recommend Dr Doad. No Family Physician accepted new patients at that time we need a doctor But she kindly accepted us as new patients . She spends lots of time with hey patients and answers every questions you have very patiently .

Dr Dabidiyan is amazing, he has skills to deal with baby, also very knowledgeable. Explained my little one's condition in details which comforted me a lot. Big thanks to him and the receptionist.

Through out the pandemic she has been working by herself, dr and receptionist, because of this her timing is off. But her care and time with her patient is worth it. I've been with her for 5years.
