Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I've read all the comments for this DQ and myself I have always had good service and food here. Hopefully the owner and management team can get all the problems rectified and get this DQ back in good running order. Good luck

I don’t remember when I have had a better burger. I ordered in the drive thru and the fellow on the other end suggested something else. I went with that and was extremely pleased. When I opened the burger, it looked like the one in pictures! It was also hot and juicy! The service was fast. I wish I lived in Okotoks just for these burgers. Yum!!!

Admittedly going to the drive thru , noone really gives it a second thought, just picked up a couple of blizzards and had the best experience, shout out to Emily and her sense of humour to make it memorable

Everything was good except one of the dipped cones was barely dipped. Only complaint so far

The okotoks dairy queen has very attentive management. Clean store and well made food.

I visited the store yesterday almost 6 to grab my last minute cake order. The staff are so friendly and the place is really clean. Love this place more than any Dairy Queen!!!!!

I picked up an icecream cake for a special occasion recently.
I walked in and stared at their cooler full of cakes. It didn't take more than a minute for one of the staff to come over and offer help in making a selection. The lady (although I forget her name) was on the ball, helped me make a decision in a couple of minutes and I was out of there. Great proactive service.

I saw a number of 1 star reviews from impatient people lacking a great deal of nobility. The drive through was too long *whine* 1 star! My coffee wasn't sweet enough *whine* 1 star. These individuals also happen to have either 1 or very few reviews. Why? The reason is simple. When they are happy and get what they want, that carnal ego centrism prevents them for uttering a simple "thanks". The one time they will use a review is when compelled to complain in public and feed that problematic ego. Why not adjust their review once they have a positive experience? Because taking the time to be thankful is a choice. Being an obnoxious, unfair, narrow-minded and vindictive individual is a personality flaw that should be worked on, also a choice.

Thankfully not all people are this way.

The onion rings are great, fresh, well cooked (not oily). I had a blizzard: Coco-fudge & Cone-dip** If you like dark chocolate you should try this combo. It is so close to dark chocolate ice cream with soft chocolate flakes. Mmm

It is fantastic to have a great DQ back at this location. Wonderful staff, great banana split blizzard ( YES TURNED OVER and chunky) Hot quality food but DQ headquarters I miss the ultimate burger. Thanks again

For a fast food place, this location in Okotoks is tops. The service is excellent. Our server gave us options to ensure we had all we wanted. She even brought our order to us! The ingredients were fresh and food hot!

Great food, quick service. Beats McDonalds anyday.

fantastic, friendly, and attentive service. the young staff was wonderful, and extremely patient. large party stayed 45 minutes past closing without realizing, and the staff didn't mention it or refuse orders. wonderful customer service.

Blizzards are amazing! But I haven’t tried a burger here yet so o don’t know how good those are. Hoping to try one

Great people great environment great tasting food, when stopping by Dairy Queen I had ordered some food and headed back out too my truck, too realize that the battery had died the owners Sean and Cherryl, has noticed and had no hesitation too help me out and boost my truck, I would just like too say this is the people that we need running our local community business and I will for sure being going back as I live in Calgary I would much rather take the 30 min drive too this location because I know the service that I will receive and the people I will meet!

Possibly the only decent fast food in High River. The owners really care, and that reflects in the quality of food and attitude of the employees. Very clean restaurant as well.

Kinda gross looking, but the kids enjoyed. Took forever, but the kids enjoyed. Service was subpar, but the kids enjoyed.

The food was dairy queen...but the guy i was dealing with was super helpful and knew ingredients of everything for my son's allergy. I was super impressed by it.

Christian made us a last minute cake and it turned out amazing!! Thanks for going above and beyond to make it so colorful!!
