Super 8 by Wyndham High River AB

My favourite soccer tournament hotel for my family. I love the family rooms with the twin beds, the spacious and fun pool and the quick and easy breakfast. All was clean and the staff were fab! THANK YOU.

Very accomodating to our group. Allowed us to use the breakfast room on multiple occasions for all of us to be together. Floor 3 rooms spacious and sunny with tall ceilings and large windows. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great place for a one night stay. Lots of parking for a trailer. Many food choices near by. Super breakfast!

This is probably one of the nicest Super 8 locations I have ever stayed! It is clean inside and out! The staff is so friendly! The breakfast area is large with a good choice of items and is also sparkling clean! My room was spacious with extra pillows and towels! What a pleasant surprise this location it! If only the rest of the Super 8 locations were up to this standard the Wyndham chain would be better off!!

Very clean, amazing staff from check in to the staff member who checked on us in the pool to see if my daughter wanted the slide on! Which of course was a “yes please & thank-you and was a super fast and very fun slide which my husband and I also enjoyed not to mention a nice “Hot” tub. Would highly recommend this Super 8 Location. I would definitely say the amazing team of staff is why we had one of the best hotel stays we’ve had as a family in a while

great stay, friendly atmosphere, great times for the pool and breakfast. Rose is the sweetest lady at the front desk, so kind and accommodating, she made our stay! she's an amazing staff member that's deserves alot of recognition! give this lady a raise:)

Loved every minute of our stay. Received excellent service from staff all-around, beginning with the call to reserve our room to the very end of checkout. Loved the nice size bedroom, clean, comfy, quiet, even had a window that opens! The pool and waterside were a blast for me and my daughter and we were so grateful to use it a few times over our one night's stay. On top of it all paid way less a rate than booking through any of the third-party vendors. Also within walking distance of all the amenities you might need. We can't wait to return!

I just want to thank the staff for being amazing. We ended up with a flat tire and couldn’t make our trip and needed to wait till morning to get repaired. They were super accommodating with extra blankets for the kids , change of breakfast due to an earlier than expected wake up time. Kids were starving and they helped get them breakfast earlier than we planned . They made our stay extra special and I would highly recommend staying here. Clean and friendly and front desk clerk Rose was exceptional. Amazing hospitality

We had a great stay! Cozy and relaxing. Staff are amazing. Very clean and classy.

We had a main floor room at the back. There's a back door to the room accessing parking and a park area for pets at this pet friendly place. Good breakfast, excellent coffee. Only negative is the Keurig machine in the room that splattered all over at the end of it's cycle. Handy to everything in High River (well okay, it's a small town), but lots of stores and services right across the highway.

We recently came here for a little staycation. My kids loved the pool, the rooms were clean, and the young man in housekeeping was super helpful and friendly when we needed something for our room. Highly recommend this location, we'll be back for sure.

I just spend the last 9 days at this hotel with my two young daughters and don’t have one complaint. The front desk ladies, cleaning staff, maintenance man were all more than helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, beds were good, breakfast was good. I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future.

Currently a room service Continental breakfast because of covid that offers a hot breakfast or a bag of goodies to go . I occasionally opted for both and they never denied it. One of the better workout rooms I've experienced as far as hotels go. Looked like a nice pool with a slide and hot tub. Never used it. Not a single bad thing to say about this place. A great experience with the staff and the service they provide. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay there. We enjoyed the room which was cleaned very well and the breakfast was amazing. Aside from that the customer service there was Exquisite. The worker that checked us in was so friendly and it really gave us a good vibe for the place. The waterslide in hot tub was pretty awesome as well. Highly recommended

This was the nicest Super 8 I have stayed in - and I stay in a lot of them for work. The room was clean, the staff were excellent and the location is near restaurants and other things that are convenient when working on the road. Breakfast was good: sausages, eggs, potatoes and the usual continental fixings. Rooms sound insulated and quiet. Breakfast was 6-10 AM which is nice when you have to get up early for work. Boss booked my room and they did not preauth my credit card (I find it tough when you stay in 10 hotels over the course of two weeks and every one of them charges a $200 preauth to your card, because that adds up to a lot of unusable credit that doesn't clear up for a few days each). Pack a hair dryer if you need one because there was not one in my room, which was not a big deal for me. AC kept the room very cool. Beds were comfortable; pillows were alright. Fridge kept things nice and cold. Would consider also bringing a power bar if you need lots of outlets and I must note there are no USB chargers in the room. TV was a good size and in a comfortable location to watch. All in all it made for a good stay.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The price is reasonable and they allow pets. We were just passing through town but it was the best hotel along the trip. They provided a bagged breakfast (because of COVID) which included a simple cheese omelette with a piece of fruit, much nicer than the sugary granola bars and fruit cups elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I truly can't say enough positive things about this place. Every employee is sweeter than the next. They are efficient, friendly, kind, and very hard working. The value for your money is extremely high. I love swimming in their pool and the rooms always clean. Can't wait to go back! Thank you for this much needed staycation!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. What could have been a mediocre experience turned out amazing! The customer service was fabulous - staff was very responsive to any of our concerns. The breakfast was far and above what many hotels call "continental breakfast" - the kids LOVED the waffles with berries and whipped cream included in the price of the room. The pool was great, the amenities were lovely - they had a cooler with lemon water and a popcorn popper in the lobby - kids loved that too!

The staff at this hotel are so so kind. The manager Alex went above and beyond for my group of friends and I who were doing a west coast road trip. We drove through Calgary to get to Banff , the hotel was accommodating towards our early check in, the rooms were so clean and the food was delicious and delivered hot straight to my door! I was blown away. My family and friends will definitely be returning again.

Room was very nice. Comfy bed. Location was very good for access to food and laundry mat.
Nice breakfast included.
Front desk staff were so nice.
