Helpful staff, clean store, and our fish is still alive, which is more than I can say for our PetSmart fish who died in two days!

Customer service was phenomenal. I was looking for dog food because the place I usually shop wasn't open. Very helpful staff and a very happy pooch.

5 Star Friendly, Excellent customer service from Michelle. She made sure everything fit before we left the store. "Bruce" loves his new light weight harness and leash. We showed it off at the dog park ....and he also enjoyed the great treats!!

We have been going to High River Pet valu for about 2 years or more.
Always treated by extremely polite and kind staff. They are extremely well informed about the foods and have been extremely helpful, especially with our puppy having digestive issue. Those have completely gone away and he seems to do best on the same food as the others. I was in the other day and without going into too much detail your asst manager Austen bestowed a small kindness on me nothing huge , but so greatly appreciated. It's the exceptional treatment by both Pam and Austen as well as all others , that guarantees our loyalty plus we recommend your store to everyone we know with pets .
In closing thank you to the owners for being so diligent in finding and training g great people . It's not unnoticed!

I was a with pet planet okotoks for over 20 years. I found petvalu in High River to be absolutely the best for all my pet needs and have now used this store for all my pet needs. Pam and fellow staff always greet me when I order on the phone and in person. They always make me feel welcomed and go to the ends of the earth to find an item for me that they dont have in store and brings it in when they can. I tell all individuals I know and have sent people their way due to the welcoming, helpful and genuine care atmosphere they have. I wish more stores would be like this pet store.

Lovely little store with a great selection of high quality pet supplies. The clerk was so friendly and helpful. We had many, many questions and she answered them all. She made some good suggestions for our pets too. Love the Performatin house brand of food too. So nice to have this store in town, easy to get to, lots of parking and a great variety of products.

Lovely store. Good variety of product. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They know to ask permission before touching my then 3 month old puppy. I shop there often and will continue to do so.
