So impressed, called a few mins after close time to see if we could get my daughter's map photocopied for school to study, owner was still there and stayed late so we could swing by and have the copies done. Thanks!!

I can't believe she is still in business ..
I needed a 100 page document copied ..
From the minute I walked in she made me feel like " What do you want "?
Like I'm not suppose to be there asking her to copy something BUT that's her friggin business??
Rude lady
Her tone of voice is mean ..
I'd rather deal with the " Soup Natize " from sinefeld🤣😂

I'm penning this review with a sense of deep disappointment following a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience with this printing shop. As a fellow local business, we had hoped to find a reliable and enthusiastic partner in our printing needs, but what transpired was a process rife with frustration and subpar service.

Our initial interaction with Catherine, our point of contact, was marked by what seemed to be disinterest and reluctance. Her demeanor and tone made it feel as though our request for a quote was an imposition, rather than a potential business opportunity. Such an attitude, while unsettling, didn't deter us from pursuing a quote, given our preference for supporting local businesses.

When the quote was finally provided, we were taken aback by the sticker shock—it was three times the cost quoted by larger, impersonal box stores. Despite the hefty price tag of approximately $6000 for 700 books, we decided to proceed, in part due to our commitment to bolstering local business.

However, the process that unfolded from there can only be described as a nightmare. The production of proof copies was a laborious endeavor that felt unnecessarily complex and drawn-out. To add insult to injury, the quality of the proofs was severely lacking—the covers were split open, exposing the inner layer of paper (see attached pictures).

When we expressed our concerns about the quality, the response was dismissive and far from reassuring. We were told that the covers were hand-scored quickly and that the final books would be better. This did little to allay our concerns, as the proof copies are meant to represent the final product.

Ultimately, we decided not to proceed with the print job. It's been a costly lesson in recognizing the value of quality service and customer care.

Since this experience, we've had numerous printing needs, all of which we've taken elsewhere. The difference in service has been night and day. Our new vendor was so appreciative of our business that they delivered our print job to our farm personally, free of charge.

I would strongly recommend considering other options for your printing needs—seek out businesses that value your patronage and strive to provide a service that meets, if not exceeds, expectations. It's crucial to remember that each client deserves respect and attention, regardless of the size or nature of their request.

The owner has terrible customer service.. not very warm or welcoming… almost like you’re begging her instead of paying for the service

I have never felt like I was more than a burden to anyone in my life. Wow just wow the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life!!
Lady we are 2022, I don’t need to go to you for services. The attitude is unbelievable. The sign says outside open for business. More like open for business if I feel like helping you.
