High River Autoplex & RV

Recently purchased my ever first trailer from High River Autoplex and the purchasing experience was second to none.

My first interaction was with Jeff Friesen last year when I was considering a trailer, unfortunately (or fortunately as it turned out) the trailer sold while I was still contemplating over several weeks.

Fast forward to March 2024 and I once again visited and met with Jeff who showed me various options that would suit my needs (requirements), again I was hesitant however Jeff was reassuring and offered me a smoking deal on a brand new Rockwood Signature unit.

yesterday I took delivery and Jeff once again was the consummate professional as we toured the unit and every conceivable question was answered. Once the walk through was completed i visited Corine Vanstone in the finance office to complete the deal and Corine was brilliant. Typically whether its a car, truck etc you are oversold on products you do not necessarily need, however Corine actually reduced what I perceived I needed and saved me $$$.

As I am now heading offshore for 5 weeks, High River Autoplex have no worries with me actually towing the unit away on my return from work an allowed me to store the unit there, they have been extremely accommodating towards me.

The overall experience from looking to finalizing the deal has been excellent and that in a large part is down to the amazing people I interacted with over the purchase, Jeff & Corine!

I have no hesitation in recommending High River Autoplex & RV for your RV / Trailer needs, it's guaranteed you'll have a great experience and leave there "A Happy Camper" ;-)

Amanda Dowse was absolutely amazing to work with through the entire purchase and after purchase process. Very positive, helpful with great follow through on everything I requested. I bought a new Travel Trailer and am very happy with Amanda's help. Of course the trailer has some issues and I am hoping their service department will be as good as their sales department was.
In summary, it was a pleasant and professional experience and I will go back to Amanda in future for next similar purchase and refer people to her.

I recently purchased a Winnebago travel trailer from Amanda and I couldn't be happier! She was a pleasure to deal with, and has a fantastic sense of humour to boot! I had been searching and shopping for awhile, and she made the transaction very easy and efficient, with a competitive price and excellent customer service! She was very knowledgeable, and attentive to any questions or concerns that I had, both pre and post purchase. The purchase was made remotely and she was very responsive, and everything was set-up and ready to go when we arrived. No surprises and a great experience throughout the process, and following it as well. The manager and entire team on staff the day we picked up the trailer were all also excellent, a pleasure to deal with, and very attentive! High River Autoplex obviously creates a very positive environment to work in, which translates into a positive customer experience. I highly recommend Amanda and the team at High River Autoplex!!

Had a good experience shopping here for our family trailer. No BS or anything surprising after purchase. Our sales lady Nicki was super and I will add that she kept her word and came out to our campsite in High River the weekend we picked up to make sure we were OK and to see if we had any questions... you honestly can't get any better customer service than that. Thank you.
The pick up went smooth. We are newbies and they helped show us how to do everything and helped equip us with what we would need to start out with. Compared with Wal-Mart they weren't excessively priced for accessories and at least someone will explain what to do and when etc.
So far we love our trailer. Our kids love it and it's already made us some memories.

Our family was looking to purchase a certain model of trailer. A few dealers did have this particular one. We approached one dealer whom we had a relationship with and they seemed to be really uninterested with the sale. I was perplexed. We then sought out another dealer and the reception was frosty. The customer service at both places were clearly lacking. One last place to try and secure our trailer was High River Autoplex. I placed a cal to the dealer and a lovely person by the name of "Amanda picked up the call. I asked her about the trailer, we chatted for a short while, exchanged cell numbers, left her with some research! Every question was answered thoughtfully and her knowledge and experience was evident. "I thought to my self this is the right person for us, I'm so glad Amanda picked up the call that day, I even told her so.

We met Amanda on the weekend and we immediately felt so comfortable with her, we found her presentation on point, as we have 3 trailers choose from. We asked many questions and we admired her response when she did't know but would find out!

We were a bit torn on which trailer to purchase so Amanda took us out again to see all the trailers, pointed out the pros and cons and making the decision was so much easier.

I highly recommend Amanda if you are thinking of making a trailer purchase. Her customer service skills are excellent, she knows her inventory and her way around trailers. I could also see how respected she is in the industry. She's your go to girl, thank you Amanda for making us feel so special!

I had my old 79 Foretravel at another repair shop for over 2yrs to get fixed they did nothing!!!!! In 2 yrs to it.I found Highriver RV Autoplex and bamm they had her all fixed up in a couple weeks! Good communication and I'm sure it was tricky being it's a 79 but they got it done.I highly recommend taking your RV to this place to get results and have a positive experience. Can't thank them enough.

Our new "Cottage" is on site @ Madera Ranch on Lake Koocanusa and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with High River RV. Our Journey started at the RV Show in January where we saw and got hooked on the Cedar Creek Cottage. Having met Gary we contacted him for a discussion and viewing which over the course of the next 4 months saw us negotiate purchase and take delivery of this awesome unit. From factory order to inspection, touch-ups and delivery to site, all of our expectations were exceeded. There was no pressure, no surprises and no delays. I had such a incredible experience at High River Autoplex & RV. The team was very helpful! Nicki made the visits fun . She went above and beyond to help us making the proper choice in buying our first trailer . My husband and I had a great experience with Jeff and Amanda in Sales and Patricia in the Business Office when we purchased our new trailer. They were very accommodating and we didn’t feel rushed. They were kind and genuine and even went above & beyond to connect with our young daughter on our visits to the dealership. Thanks so much and we are excited to get out in the new trailer as often as possible.

Did a good job repairing rv after one of the gaskets blew and we lost a wheel. Trailers they sell also look quite good haven’t bought any but from looking in the show trailers they do.

This Rv is our 10th. Nicky is the Best Salesperson ever for us. She goes out of her way help in any way she can even go the point of transferring one battery to another and many other things to help us.

She is so down to earth, super friendly and not at all pushy.
Patricia runs the Finance Services is also one of a kind. She is again great. She is so helpful and does not push anything on you like many car and rv companies.She also explains all plans without any pressures.

High River might be a little away from Calgary but well worth your trip.

We have always had outstanding service at High River Autoplex & RV. All the staff have been extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. In particular, we would like to congratulate and recognize Trena Tait for a job well done! Trena works on the Service Team and she has been extremely attentive to our needs. We own a 2019 Roadtrek 170 Versatile. Ever since we purchased our vehicle last November Trena has made us feel like one of the family. She is always friendly and pleasant to deal with and she always has a smile on her face. We enjoy coming in and seeing her because she makes us feel so welcome! Trena is proactive and she quickly lets us know when we need maintenance on our coach. She is accommodating with our tight schedules when she books us for appointments and she has gone out of her way to make sure that we always have a vehicle available when our Roadtrek is being serviced. She always makes time for us, takes her time to answer any questions we have about our coach, and she is extremely efficient and organized. She is a pleasure to deal with and her customer service skills are above and beyond amazing!! We would highly recommend Trena on the Service Team!

Scott the Vehicle Technician has done an outstanding job with any repairs and has clearly stepped us through the operations of our vehicle’s many components including the water heater, electrical system, and refrigeration unit, etc. He has an extremely proactive outlook and has the amazing ability to predict issues and anticipate concerns beforehand. He is patient, knowledgeable, and a fantastic problem solver and this gives us the peace of mind that he will have a solution to any problem that may come our way.

Alyssa the Service Manager has saved us a great deal of money by always giving us the best price quotes, and providing the most relevant and up to date information about our Roadtrek. Her friendly demeanor, up to date knowledge, and enthusiasm makes her outstanding in her field. She is the expert with any part that we may need or have questions about. She maintains a positive relationship with the vendors who provide the parts to provide the highest quality products and the lowest possible price.

In summary, High River Autoplex & RV is a superior organization and is highly recommended for all your RV needs.

Daniel Pilon is an outstanding director of finance. My husband and I recently purchased a 2019 Roadtrek 170 Versatile Class B Motorhome. Daniel provided us with the best interest rate and discounts and the customer service that he extended to us was outstanding! Daniel also recommend the best insurance company that gave us the best rates! Daniel made our 25 year dream of owning a Roadtrek 170 camper van come true! My husband and I would highly recommend High River Autoplex especially if are new to the RV industry. Daniel, Paul and Jared have superior customer service skills. The quality of their RVs are amazing along with their extensive inventory. Best of all their kindness and reliability makes buying an RV an awesome experience!

We recently bought a new trailer from High River Autoplex. We had visited many dealers and looked different makes and models of trailers. Once we knew which trailer we wanted, we chose to buy from High River Autoplex because of their great reputation and service.

We met with Nicky Dahl in RV Sales. Nicky was very accommodating, but did not pressure us. In December, Nicky factory-ordered our trailer. She kept us updated on the progress. During the build, we had a few questions that were quickly resolved by Nicky and the factory. We found Nicky to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of our RV.

Patricia works in finance, she explained all the available coverage options and was helpful with identifying what made best sense for our situation. We purchased the Coach Net insurance and Paint Protection.

Darin from Parts and Service gave us great advice on the best hitch set up for our truck/trailer and a list of accessories we would need. The 10% discount was helpful.
The trailer arrived in February, earlier than expected, and High River Autoplex stored it for us until we picked it up in mid-April.

We would recommend High River Autoplex, especially Nicky Dahl, for anyone thinking about buying an RV. Overall, everyone we met was helpful without being pushy.

So we found our perfect RV in the Vulcan Branch and want to thank John so much for helping us look around and choose the right model! He was very very knowledgeable and informative about all of the models! We also want to give a huge thanks to Robert in the High River Branch for helping us with our finance, giving us a tour around the site and giving us the customer service that you can expect from an excellent company! We bought our Sandpiper destination trailer through High River and our salesman was Robert. So many good things to say about our experience. He was no pressure, knowledgeable honest and patient. We took us through many options listening to my comments and keeping that in mind for the next one to make sure he showed us what we were looking for and helped us threw the whole process as this was our first trailer after a 15 year break from our last trailer which was a tent trailer. He always had an answer to our questions and responded promptly. He also helped us get it to its year round home. Patricia in the finance department also deserves a shout out she made the process so easy and painless. I would highly recommend Robert if you want an honest no pressure down to earth salesman. I will be back when we are ready for our next unit.

Had a very tight window to get out of Calgary as a storm was on the way and the Coach battery’s were toast! Called them at 8:30 am told them my situation and they got me in immediately installed 6 6 volt batteries and checked to make sure that was the only issue and sent me on my way in a 2 hours! Simply great service! If we didn’t get out we would have had to wait at least 10 days for the forecast to clear! Hat off and thanks very much to the team at High River Autoplex!!

You have to see Nicki Dahl. She made our lives so much easier and the process way smoother. I mean, we have a 3 year old that was having a blast and fascinated with the golf carts so it made talking with the awesome finance lady Patricia, tricky. Nicky went above and beyond by offering to distract our little mini human so we could get it all done. I thought it was neat we had lots of opportunities to see more units than the one we got because it's fun to see what else is out there even if it's out of budget. Thank you Nicki and Patricia for everything!! We can't wait to make memories in our new big 5th wheel.

From the time we first stepped into High River Autoplex we have had exceptional service. I don't think I can say enough good about this place to do it justice. Nicki was awesome while selling us our trailer 6 weeks ago. Every step of the way she answered all our questions and was caring about our satisfaction throughout the process ( we had been to other dealers;none compare). Then the after care we have received from Jared in service has been nothing but top shelf. Jared's communication and concern over the phone and in person are genuine. He's great in person too. He took the time to go over every item that I requested and walked me through the service , item by item. And in the back where we don't get to see often is Colton. He is not only great at what he does as a service tech but he has a genuine care about his work and about me ,the customer. He didn't leave me until I was comfortable with everything he did.He's a star. Doug you have built a great team. I'm telling everyone !

Our salesman Bart and the rest of the staff were great. They made our trailer purchase a pleasant experience. We definitely recommend High River Autoplex!
