Gorgeous shop with endless floral arrangements, house plants, Jelly Cat products for the littles, freeze dried goodies and the staff are amazing! Mackenzie took time to make sure my arrangement was above and beyond what I ever could have imagined. Thank you to the whole team for providing an great experience during a time of grief and loss. Wow , the most gorgeous roses I have ever received ! My husband bought them for our 30th wedding anniversary and they were so
perfect, it was hard to believe they were real.... 5 days later they still looked fabulous ... I never knew that roses were that lush. You have spoiled me forever as now i know what fresh flowers actually look like ! Thank you, thank you !!

I can not express my gratitude when it came to the service I received from Mackenzie and this Flower Shop! I called from High River Alberta.
I called at the last minute for Valentines Day I had an extra request that would require them to purchase a specific chocolate bar.
Mackenzie did that for me on her own time when she got off work. They accommodated me as well for a specific delivery time too. The arrangement was beautiful and my boyfriend was very surprised and pleased. Thank you Mackenzie and Staff for going above and beyond for me!!!!

Absolutely love Stettler flowers, Alex and her team turn out beautiful work. Plus she's saved me a few times with my failure to think about things ahead of time and managed to get me arrangements and deliveries out of Town same day.

I was surprised to be contacted by the owner of the shop after I had left my original review regarding the quality of a flower arrangement I had ordered to be delivered to a friend. She asked how she can make this right and was so professional and accommodating and friendly! She is also fantastic at communicating promptly which is great. You don’t often find customer service like this nowadays! She delivered a new flower arrangement today and it turned out beautifully!! It was more than what I had hoped for and my friend said it definitely brightened her day!

I would definitely use this florist again and my friend who received the flowers was very impressed too!

Cindy put together the most incredible bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding. We are definitely a more particular couple, and with planning our wedding from a distance, Cindy worked with us over phone calls, texts and visits to the shop to make our floral vision for our big day come true!
