Pipeline Plumbing saved me - during Christmas holidays when I had guests in my unit and a blocked kitchen drain. Tammi (Reception) was so helpful. They made some suggestions to DIY and if it was still plugged to call the On-Call Emergency number. The plumber drove up from Squamish on a Saturday during the Christmas holiday, and the whole issue was resolved within 24 hours. My guests were as impressed as I was.

The plumber left the place cleaner then when he arrived - very professional.

Super happy with the service and installation from Pipeline. I especially liked Dre, the install tech, who performed our fireplace service and came back and put in a new hot water tank. I had tried to organize this job with another plumbing and heating company in Squamish and was left ghosted. So I called Pipeline and it was a great experience from booking to having the jobs completed. We are noticing a lot more hot water after the new tank was installed and the fireplace is clean and works great again. I would recommend Pipeline to anyone in Squamish looking for plumbing and heating work. They do a great job!

Jake and Dan came to our townhouse complex to install a gas line and reconnect from the meter to our unit. Upon completion Jake also came in to service our fireplace and ensure that all was functioning safely. Both men were professional, pleasant, willing and able to respond to multiple questions, and completed the tasks cleanly and promptly. The helpful folks at Pipeline Mechanical have helped us out now on at least three seperate occasions and I could not reccommend them more highly. They've repaired a tricky shower drain and slow draining sink, replaced a spent hotter tank and most recently replaced our 30 year old furnace when it went up in smoke during the deep freeze over Christmas. Everyone from the front line folks in the office to the owner to the two young heating and plumbing specialists who most recently installed our new furnace were so prompt, helpful and professional. Despite being extremely busy, their level of service and professionalism has been outstanding and we're deeply appreciative of their effort and commitment to quality service!

Contacted several plumbing companies by email. Pipeline was the only one to respond. Competitive quote and extremely quick service for a non-emergency repair. Technician was here within 30 min from requesting the work wearing a mask and socially distanced. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

Our 44 unit strata in Whistler had sewer back up issues over the years. We paid far to much to fix each issue but it did not address the real issues: Our full drain system had never been cleaned.

Pipeline spent 3 hours with our maintenance man looking at our system and explaining what could be done. Owners approved this expense.

When Jake and Scott came (a potential 3 week job) we were doing a major renovation, floor by floor. They needed access to every unit but had to deal with three other trades at the same time on the same floor. Flawless. There was NO time wasted by Jake and Scott. They were unfailingly polite, uniformed and wore masks the whole period (Covid time). They corrected minor plumbing issues in each unit and left each very clean. A joy to work with actually. All the other trades agreed on that.

To our great surprise, our invoice came in 1/3 less than quoted. A mix, I assume, of new technology they used and being efficient.

After 40 years with the same plumbing firm, we have switched. Pipeline anticipates issues, not just responds to them.

Pipeline saved Christmas! Tammy took my call, and kindly sent out a call out for my fireplace... literally days before christmas our fireplace stopped working and Pipeline came and fixed it in less than an hour... and I didnt mind getting the bill, reasonable prices, excellent service.. highly recommend

Last week, I was really stuck – or rather the set-screw was stripped and stuck on my shower faucet. Even though all Pipeline Plumbing's technicians were super busy, they fit me in, fixed the problem – with a smile and a 'have a nice day' ... and saved me the expense of having to replace my faucet.

Pipeline has been the go-to for our condo complex. Quick responses to frozen pipes and blocked drains from improper garburator use on more than one occasion has saved us from expensive backup-related damage and heartache.
