Border City Clinic

I'm from out of town and I went in the afternoon during their walk in times. I was in and out of the door with prescription in hand in only 20 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. Hands down the best walk in clinic I've ever been to.

I have always had a good time here no problems what so ever friendly kind courteous and get the job done attitude. I would recommend this clinic. I Like too mention this clinic is opened before any other walk in clinic. This clinic is open before my doctor's doors are open. Nothing lose too lose.

The people upfront are always very busy but they handle the constant stream of people and phone calls very professionally and somehow not in a stressed out/annoyed way. Very helpful and friendly.
The Dr’s are all very good as well, they took each of my walk-in appointments in stride and they don’t rush you out for the next person in line.
The pharmacists are great too! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
It sounds unreal but literally every person I’ve dealt with at this clinic were above and beyond great.

I was very happy with the courtesy shown from the staff signing me in and my wait was only maybe 25 minutes from signing in to seeing Dr and getting checked out

I have always had good service and gotten in In a reasonable amount of time

The staff are always friendly. I really like my doctor. There have been occasional times I’ve had to wait especially as a walk in. people have to understand this isn’t always the doctors causing the problem it’s the patients going in for one thing but then saying “while I’m here” or “can you look at (whom ever is in the exam room too) that slows things down.

I've been seeing Dr. AL for over 10 years never had an issue. And just a heads you always wait to see your doctor. Some appointments take longer than others. It's called patience.

We have Dr. Al as our family doctor. Our kids love him. They get excited when they have the chance to come in to see him all the time. We are very lucky that way - what kid would get excited over seeing a doctor!!! Dr. Al is smart, caring, knowledgeable. He takes time to address your concern. The staff in the clinic are very friendly, especially Nicole. She is always so kind to our kids. We love the team and we are thankful for them!

As an out of province patient, I was welcomed and seen by the Dr within 5 minutes of walking into the clinic. They even gave me the option to see a male or female Dr. My injection prescription was given to me readily from the pharmacy and they dealt with my insurance plans. Great experience and I would highly recommend them.

My walk in experiences has been great! Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable waiting times, caring doctors. It’s a good alternative from baby’s dr specially when she gets ill and we need to take her in right there and then, w no time for booking appointments. I must have timed it perfectly as I was able to see a doctor within minutes! The staff was all very friendly and professional, and I was able to get a prescription filled within 10 minutes.
