Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel

The room was clean and the pool was fun w/ the water slide and the complimentary breakfast was one of the highlights for my kids and myself. It was great! I highly recommend this hotel!!! It’s nice clean and affordable

This was our first time at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. And the building itself, the lobby and entryway are very beautiful. The room was very nice, nothing crazy spectacular, but a nice clean functional room and the breakfast that was included was very good as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderdul service from the staff right from the moment we checked in. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room decorated for our son's birthday, complete with a towel animal, baloons a banner as well as a printed and signed card on behalf of the staff, totally made his day! Rooms were clean and spacious, pool area was good, hot tub was unfortunately down, but some things are unavoidable. Breakfast had great options, would definitely stay here again

Room was amazing and comfortable, especially for the affordable price! Breakfast was amazing and started my day and my travels great. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely search out best western on my future travels when I’m looking for accommodations!

Clean rooms, friendly service, and great continental breakfast.

Thank you for restoring my faith that there are still awesome hotels with fantastic customer service. Price point was great, rooms were super clean, soft sheets and nice bathroom. The pool was clean, roomy and has a nice waterside. The breakfast was better then fabulous with such a good variety of hot and cold items. The staff.....THANKYOU, from the gentleman that checked us is to the person in the breakfast area, amd the lady watching the pool area, you were all pleasant and I couldn't recommend this hotel any higher. After spending a week here I can confidently say this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The front desk staff are wonderful and accommodating and even called after checkout about a small toy left behind. The toy was insignificant, but the fact they found it and called about it shows how much they care. The room was great and my kid really enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The pool staff were also quick to turn on the slide. Breakfast was standard fair and again the staff was very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and I'm very grateful to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable.

Amazing hotel.
The pool area is really nice, with an excellent waterslide, and piping hot hottub. Wasn't over done with chlorine either like at many hotel pools.
The room was a nice size, clean, and very comfy beds. The only downside was the spot to hang your jackets was small and in an awkward location (very minor issue).
The continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. I've never experienced fruit toppings for my waffles at other hotels, not cheese, chives, and salsa for my eggs/hash browns! Super delicious! And not to mention those who were running the breakfast area were on top of things and provided solid service!

And for those of you into sports, they have an overhead walkway to the sports complex, so you never have to go outside!

Would absolutely stay here again, what a great weekend.

Just want to say thank you to Lisa and the entire staff here at the hotel they were fantastic very nice people and they took good care of me it was a pleasure staying here I will be back for sure !!

The room was clean and fresh, decor is very nice.

The pool and waterslide were great. The kids spent a good amount of time in there.

The best part was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Michelle at the front desk and Theresa who was manning the breakfast room. They were both on top of their game making sure everyone had what they needed and were so helpful and friendly with everyone.

Theresa in breakfast was the highlight of our stay! Extremely helpful and hands fown the best service we received!! A big group stayed the weekend for a wedding and she was the highlight for everyone! Definitely a great stay! Clean rooms, kids loved the pool ! Will be back again

The staff was amazing and accommodating. The room was clean and everything worked properly. In the morning one of the ladies offered to help make my son a waffle while we were getting breakfast. It was very comfortable and I would definitely recommend.

Great stay! Very respectful and helpful staff. Also, one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel; fresh ingredients and delicious healthy options. I signed up for the BW membership as a result of this experience. Lloydminster isn't that big, but the location was perfect for access to the nearby restaurants and parks.

It was a great experience. The rooms were neat and tidy. Staff was very friendly. Melissa and Mary at front desk made sure our stay was great. The hot tub and pool were nice and clean. Only think is, would have liked to see more prepackaged breakfast meat options, but given the situation I think they did the Best!

Overall, a great experience at the Best Western on the south edge of Lloydminster. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The front desk person, Gemma, remembered my name and room I was in 2 days after check-in. The staff at the breakfast station were engaging and offered great service. My only issue was the internet. I was not able to get much of a connection and had to hotspot for my entire trip. I would look to stay here again.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Our room seemed very clean. The front desk staff we spoke to to reserve (evening staff) were excellent. The staff at the breakfast were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The lady at the continental breakfast offered us excellent directions to assist us out of town.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again in the future.

This is now our very favourite “getaway” hotel!!! It was definitely a wonderful treat to have the upgraded Jacuzzi Suite. The two and a half hour drive was definitely worth it!!!
Definitely a 5 star hotel!!!

Stayed last night in order to get out of the winter storm we had. Stayed in the room with the jacuzzi after receiving an upgrade. Made our night and we are so grateful for that. Breakfast was good as well. Very glad we stayed here and we will remember this for next time we pass through Lloyd!

This hotel was located south on Hwy 17, the Sask./ AB. border. The location was quiet and easy access to hotel was found. Some dining and fast food restaurants are located nearby. The restaurant check-in and checkout was done efficiently by the friendly, welcoming personnel. There was no quick checkout option offered here but was quickly done prior to our exit. The rooms are good sized with pleasant decor. The mattresses were in good condition and the pillows were fluffy and in very good shape. All amenities were stocked, clean and available. Lights worked and fridge and microwave also functioned well. The continental breakfast was wonderful; hot and cold items. Very nice fresh fruit- loved the diced honeydew; as well as crisp bacon, fresh sliced tomatoes, egg omelet with homemade hollandaise sauce( on side) sliced, baked ham sliced, diced green onions, shred cheese, waffles, absolutely marvelous. Kitchen employees were friendly, helpful and checked up on us a few times to make sure all was well. We were thanked for coming and again, at checkout sincerely thanked and invited to return during next visit. Overall, a very good overnight stay was had and will share with others.
