Lloydminster Honda

I've been in plenty of dealerships plenty of times and this group of staff may have been the most pleasant I've met. I was only in for a recall service, which is no cost to the client, yet they performed the usual full body inspection and topped up a couple of fluids, and treated me like a loyal customer. They gave me valuable information about my cars inspection and offered some products and service but did not push when I said I do maintenance myself. Everybody was friendly and positive, and I enjoyed chatting with a few of the staff while I waited. I will absolutely be recommending this dealership to anybody I know who needs service as we don't have a dealership in my city and people forget to check Lloyd before heading to Edmonton. If I ever need parts or service that I can't manage myself, I will be back!

Great experience. I say this because the service person, Bride, made sure we were kept up to date on all that was happening with our car. She stayed in contact with us while dealing with the insurance company and sent us the same pictures that were sent to insurance when I asked for them. We never had to call for an update. She called us regularly to make sure we knew that we were not forgotten. Anything we asked about, she looked into it and got back to us the same day even if it was just to say that they were still waiting to hear from the insurance company, etc.
Once the insurance company gave the "go ahead", repairs were done in a timely fashion and Bride kept us up-to-date on that as well.
The repairs that were done appear to have fixed the problem that plagued this car since we bought it.
We are very pleased with the work that was done. Our vehicle is running smoothly with no more issues.

I had a bad experience with prior ownership so was hesitant to go back for service but this time they took great care of us. It's always going to be a little pricier going to the dealership for service but they got the job done and were more than fair about covering costs when their technicians made an error and it needed extra troubleshooting. Wow we had an awesome experience with Lloydminster Honda!! We were just looking and thinking about a in the future purchase ( been to many more dealers before) the salesman came out and gave a good deal of info on the used and new vehicles. We were very impressed and went in and met with the manager, he offered a good price for / if we were to trade in our vehicle . So we decided we would trade and buy!! not about the place, but a certain employee. i was out riding on the new dirtbike i just got and was having lots of troubles starting it. this employee helped me for about half hour starting my bike and wouldn’t give up helping. i am very new to bikes and this guy taught me the ins and outs of everything i needed to know. if every employee at this dealership was like him (and i am assuming they are) then this is the perfect dealer to go to

John, Mike & Becky went above and beyond for us at Lloyd Honda. Not only did they give us an amazing price for our trade in and an even better price on the new Honda Pilot purchase, but they drove the potential purchase (we had not signed any paperwork yet, nor agreed to purchase without test driving) 1.5 hours to us just to test drive it! I am super impressed with the professional treatment I received at Lloydminster Honda! From beginning to end Michael Lindskog provided excellent guidance and advice so that I could navigate purchasing + delivering to my daughter in Saskatoon, a gorgeous brand new Honda CRV EX-L. Thanks to Mike's encylopedic knowledge of the vehicle I was able to pass along enough information to my daughter to get her comfortably on her way! As I was picking up the car I was warmly greeted at the door by a cute little puppy named Bear who led me to Mike and then even posed for a picture with the new car! Recently purchased a new CR-V. Still waiting on delivery at the moment, but the sales team was excellent, and financing was easy. Staff was friendly and and worked with me for a week before signing the deal. Even threw in a free hat with the vehicle. This is my second vehicle from Lloydminster Honda, and I have never had any complaints about the service. I always bring my vehicles in for parts and service as well. Highly recommend.

sent my aunt here for a new crv and 12 months later i came here for a new vehicle too. They had stock that we were interested in . It was a fairly quick purchase, everyone was friendly.

We recently bought a Civic from Lloydminster Honda and we dealt with Deryk and we could not have had better service. We've been dealing with many dealerships lately trying to find a vehicle and Deryk was the first salesman to offer solutions to our problem rather than restating the problem. He worked hard to keep things within our budget and guided us through the process of buying a new vehicle for our first time.

We brought our dead vehicle in on Saturday of a long weekend and received prompt and courteous service that had us driving away on the same day! Nice work Honda Lloydminster!

I needed a reliable vehicle that can handle highway travel, more than average snow drifts and something with AWD. With nothing but bad credit and a dream, Lloydminster saw to it that I would get vehicle to my needs. Aaaaand boy did they deliver. I was interested in purchasing a 2022 Ridgeline Black Edition in white and they had none on the lot, however, Jason said he would be back to me in 20 minutes, and he did. He located one in Calgary which was exactly what I wanted. He made all the arrangements to have it transported to Lloydminster. The whole experience was smooth and trouble-free. My purchase of a new vehicle (Owen was the Salesman) was seamless and their entire team worked together to make sure it was easy and straight forward. Really appreciated that they were not pushy with options like some dealerships are. Will definitely buy from them again.

If i could honestly give them 10 stars i would. Chris never pressured me into the first car i drove. He allowed me to be annoying as all could be until i found my car. Becky in loans is one of the best. Even when they where going to let me test drive a nissan and i said oh heck to the no, chris had my back. Will be going back there for my next vehicle.
