The Village of Kitscoty engaged Jetstream Personnel to conduct a search for a Public Works position in 2023. Bev handled all the advertising, review of resumes and screening of possible candidates for us. She would present qualified candidates to us for potential interviews with background information and an updated resume for the candidates. After interviews, we would then discuss the candidate for overall qualities for position and arrange for second interviews, offer of employment or decline all applicants and begin the screening process over again. We were assured we would not be charged our agreed upon compensation until we were satisfied with our choice.
