Jackie Andrews helped me get my house insurance lined up and she was amazing. She spent a ton of time shopping around looking for the best rates and did a really good job of explaining what all gets included in my coverage. I would for sure recommend using her.

Janean Shorter was amazing to deal with. I contacted the office to get insurance on a rush basis. Janean was able to fulfill my request in a timely fashion, she was polite, understanding and very quick to get me everything I needed. The lady that originally answered the phone when I called was very helpful, everyone was gone on lunch at the time and she listened to my concerns and was able to get me in touch with Janean. Western Financial was able to meet my needs in a timely matter when my previous insurance broker took hrs to just get a phone call back alone get the insurance in place.
