Donna is very knowledgeable, she will amaze you! What a Gem she is. I felt and feel incredible after my appointment and looking forward to my next appointment. This type of treatment is a game changer. I tried everything for my pain; Massage, Chiro, Osteo and just nothing was helping. Today is the most relief I have had in 10+ months and treatment didn't hurt! I am so thankful to Donna and the to the core crew for helping me on my journey to heal my body in a safe, pain free way. Healing doesn't have to hurt! Donna and the to the core crew will make sure you heal in a pain free way. They have all kinds of tools and equipment for all different types of needs to make healing and gaining strength as pain free as possible. I recommend Donna and any of the Pilates instructors and their Pilates classes. 10/10 ❤s Love this place! Very body positive and inclusive of Everyone! No judgement!

NKT Neurokinetic Therapy with Donna is fabulous. She has an abundance of knowledge and her ability to assess and provide simple , helpful exercises to retrain the mind/movement patterns is amazing.
It’s a game changer.

I have been taking Pilates classes at To The Core for over 2 years and I love everything about it. The atmosphere is so positive and upbeat, with the added bonus of the classes being both challenging and fun. I have increased strength and flexibility and no more back or hip pain. Donna and her staff are amazing and are always willing to go that extra mile to make their clients comfortable. The smaller classes give you a personalized touch, ensuring that all exercises are done correctly and work according to each groups skill level. I would recommend and encourage anyone to join!

As someone who had never done Pilates before I was relieved to find To The Core has a warm, relaxed environment and small class sizes. The initial assessment was easily scheduled and offered the opportunity to ask questions. I have now been attending Pilates classes consistently for the past six months and have noticed a big improvement in my core strength and balance. I appreciate that Pilates requires me to be fully present which means I am forced to set aside my day and focus on myself for an hour. I would definitely recommend To The Core to anyone looking for a gentle method to de-stress, and improve core strength and balance.

To the Core Pilates is a inviting environment to exercise, learn about your body and learn what works for you as an individual. The staff is well trained, friendly and make Pilates so much fun. If you are wanting to get started with Pilates stop in and talk to Donna and her staff you will be glad you did.

I have been doing Pilates for just over 3 years and it has made such a difference with my body, breathing and concentration! I stand straighter and feel stronger. I also enjoy the people and atmosphere. The instructors are the best and make it a great experience!

I've been doing Pilates for a little less than a year and I love it. It works for me with Fibromyalgia because it's low impact and the coaches always have modifications ready for things my body just won't let me do. Over the months, though I've gained strength and flexibility and I find it easier all the time to do new things. The staff are kind and encouraging and make exercise fun. That's not something I would have said a year ago but these ladies love their jobs; laughter is included in every workout!

I knew absolutely nothing about Pilates when I started over 5 years ago and now I can't live without it. If I had to pick just one thing about To The Core that I love it's that I have complete confidence in the instructors' training and experience ability to make the workouts challenging but safe, making expert modifications for individual needs. It has been far to long since I have done much to get physically active. Over the last 10 years I have had SI joint and sciatic pain. More recently, in the past year I took on a job that has caused the pain to worsen and be a daily battle. With help from others I was told of pilates at To The Core. In the last 2 months I haven't regretted my decision once! From the first consult, to private lessons, and then onto core 1 I have always been encouraged and supported. To The Core has made getting moving easy, as I look forward to my outing for me twice a week! Most of all I am never made to push through my pain, I am worked with one on one to come up with modifications that work for me. Thank you Donna and Lorelie for truly caring about my physical health and giving me the boost I needed to get moving!

The staff at To The Core are welcoming and knowledgeable. They're able to adapt workouts to individual needs. Group classes are small so each student gets more attention. The facility has a range of equipment to offer a variety of workouts and class options.

If you're looking for a safe way to work out then this is the place for you. No more sore backs or other injuries from improper technique. The staff will do everything possible to make sure you are doing the excercises properly and will adjust and modify if you come with injuries. Any age will enjoy these workouts and everyone is welcome.
