Hôtel et Suites Le Dauphin Drummondville

We travel from New Brunswick to Ontario (and back again) a few times a year. This is the perfect halfway point and we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Great price and the hotel is impeccable. It is also super close to the highway for a quick on/off and it is also very close to whatever you may need (coffee shops, grocery store, pharmacy....Canadian Tire in case your car battery dies like ours did and needed a replacement quick lol). Staff was all great especially in the bar (I forget his name, but the guy with the short hair and glasses is awesome.)

Staff were efficient and courteous and check-in took very little time. The room was very clean and we had plenty of amenities including many towels! The bed was comfortable however it creaked quite a bit. The pool was nice and warm and there was plenty of parking with many outside doors to access each corridor. Would definitely recommend!

The receptionist was kind & got through our limited french. The room was quiet & comfortable. There were 2 wedding receptions, we didn't hear a thing. It was unfortunate the dining room was closed due to renovation. The clerk gave a wonderful review of the local Steakhouse. Best steak & service I've seen in a long. Our stay was absolutely everything we were looking for.

A great place to stay...... Rooms were reasonably priced. Upon arrival to our room we were taken back by how clean the room was. After arriving from Las Vegas and staying at three hotels there I would say the hotel room here was the best. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the room upon our arrival but trust me in saying it was great. The location to other amenities and the expo convention center was awesome. Close to food and shopping enters. All receptionist spoke English and French. Thank you for that. All in all a great experience.

Very nice! The pool is beautiful. I really enjoyed the breakfast with something like granola and youghurt. Please I would like to know the brand name of the granola and youghurt. Thanks

All good 👍 even for an English only speaking person. Thank you for doing your best to accommodate us for a night on our journey to the east coast. I was disappointed when I tried to book a stay on our return from the east coast being told I needed to book a 2 night minimum. Perhaps your rules need to be adjusted as this will eliminate a great deal of potential clientele.

Excellent service. Jade was at the front desk and she was phenomenal. She took customer service to the next level. The food at the restaurant was beyond expectations. We had the grilled chicken in wine sauce, highly recommend this. Finally, the room, fabulous, It was super clean with a huge shower. We will definitely be coming back here when we travel. To the staff at this hotel, Thank you very much!!!

Spent a night and have to say how GREAT our experience was. Restaurant was superb. We had dinner and breakfast. Staff everywhere were great. Room was very clean. No carpets… a plus!
Shower, products great. And the Christmas decorations are worth seeing. Highly recommend!

It is a very spacious, complete and beautiful hotel. Our room is comfortable. As a recommendation, it would be good if they provide cleaning implements for foreigners who must quarantine.

Wow super service bel hotel

I discovered the Dauphin by chance as I was travelling by car and needed an overnight stop. The hotel is a pleasant surprise with an elegant lobby and very modern rooms.
The instant hot water in the showers and the almost soundless air conditioning in the room made for an extremely sound night of sleep.
Front desk and all restaurant staff were patient and pleased to assist with my efforts at speaking French, willing and able to speak English if I needed.
A very pleasant break on a long road trip. Would stay longer next time to explore Drummondville.

We really enjoyed our quick stay, our 4 month old puppy also quite enjoyed it. He normally ignores beds but seemed to love the one the hotel provided. (3 photos cause he's too cute not too)

We had one of the long stay suites, the bed was firm which is how we like it and the pillows and sheets where soft and comfortable. The layout of the room worked great for us, with two tvs, an office desk and a kitchen. The jet bath was quite enjoyable after a long 9 hour drive.

Buffet breakfast was ok, the bacon was a little over cooked for us and seemed dry from sitting and the scrambled eggs had a strange taste, almost like a fish taste. I didn't eat them. They did have someone making fresh eggs but I was taking the food to our room and just went with the scrambled. Next time I would probably order from the menu, the buffet and menu had lots of choices.

For the dogs: the bed and bowl set provided where a great bonus and the bag of milk bones where also a nice touch. It is mostly parking lot with small patches of grass but close to cars so not an area to play. There is a park down the street by the river that is great to take your pet.

Overall the service and experience at the hotel et suites le Dauphin was great and I would stay here again.

Stayed here on a layover between New Brunswick and Ontario. Good price and a very comfortable hotel. Chic and urban style, comfy beds and super nice bathroom. Always love a Keurig in the room and a small fridge. Great experience!

The rooms are nice but not the best I've seen. The hotel staff and especially the restaurant's staff are very great! This made our experience very great! The old town which is not so wide is just 25 min away walking and it's on a main busy boulevard with lots of services.

Clean, quite, comfortable and great food. I would definitely stay there again.

This is still our go-to hotel in Drummondville. Close to restaurants and outside of Covid times a nice little bar and very good restaurant are available on site. There are many restaurants in the area and delivery to our room was not an issue. Only downside of our room was the small bathroom and no tub but the shower is finished nicely. Will continue to stay here when in town.

Nice clean rooms. Cable, WiFi available in rooms. Buffet breakfast offered for reasonable price. Reception halls well equipped for various events. Not noisy in rooms despite proximity to reception halls.

Lovely comfortable room. Very professional, helpful and efficient staff. Good location for travellers making connections to Montréal, the Eastern townships and the south shore.

We stay at this hotel every summer and love it. It’s pet friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is great, staff are friendly and speak English well, and the rates are excellent. The area it’s located in is terrific - recommend trying the Italian restaurant next door ..excellent patio and food.
