Michelle est une perle.
Au départ pour la recherche sur de la location, cela s'est transformé en recherche pour achat.
Avec son aide, on a pu visiter et avoir ses retours positifs comme négatifs sans filtres sur plusieurs biens.

Elle n'a jamais poussé outre mesure à la sur-enchère (devenue bien trop commune..). Si elle le demande, c'est qu'elle sait que les maisons visitées allaient partir au dessus du prix affiché.
