I’ve had an awesome experience at Expertise physio! For years I’ve had pain in my neck, lower back and hip flexors that impacted my ability to sit, stand, and sleep. Through in person appointments with Adriel and at-home stretches and exercises, I’m now experiencing the lowest pain levels that I’ve had in 5 years. We were able to pinpoint postural issues and muscle imbalances that contribute to pain as well as indications of hyper-mobility and developed a plan to address these issues. I would highly recommend their services!

I went to Dimitry with a fatal pain in my lower back and a swollen disk! He started the treatment and then quickly referred me to Sebastian. They are both amazing; absolutely friendly and very knowledgable. Working with Sebastien, my pain went from 9/10 to 3,4/10 in no time, and I’ve been working with him for the past few months to a complete healing. Sebastien’s approach is quite methodical.
One of the greatest things about working with him is that he listens very carefully, and patiently explains the “why” of dos and don’ts.

Amazing attention from Sebastien Weber and Adriel Ho. I came in with a concussion and a neck strain. I was in pain and could barely move my neck. I was followed by both since the clinic was very nice about accommodating the schedule as best as possible to my needs. They are both professional and pay close attention to the progress. They explained exactly what they are observing during check ups, what is being targeted during exercises and gave me lots of tips for modifications in case pain would raise or decrease in between appointments. I was discharged after 2 months of physio and was back to 100%. I highly recommend them.

Great place! I've been seeing Sebastien for a few months. He was able to treat my back and shoulders injuries from training. He makes sure to always identify the cause of the pain and treats it accordingly with a vast range of exercises.100% recommend him for athletes or active people.

Where to begin...Dimitri Dragutan is the most skilled, kind-hearted, compassionate and knowledgeable physical therapist anyone can ever be blessed enough to have. My family first became acquainted with Dimitri in May 2022, following my husband Costa's unexpected paralysis due to spinal cord compression. My husband was rendered a quadraplegic who we were told may never walk again. Three months following this devastating diagnosis, Dimitri entered our lives. He was highly recommended to us from a family friend who, herself, had undergone sudden paralysis due to a cervical spine disc herniation. My husband has now been followed weekly by Dimitri for 21 months...he has been a Godsend. He has helped my husband immensely by providing him a customized physical therapy plan which has helped him regain his mobility and greatly improve his overall strength and stamina. My husband has gone from being unable to even lift himself up in bed as well as unable to walk to now being fully mobile and functioning. In addition to now being able to walk, Dimitri actually has him kicking soccer balls, jogging and even boxing! The improvement is nothing short of unbelievable and miraculous.

Not only has Dimitri consistently assisted my husband with his physical mobility, but he has greatly improved my husband's psychological well-being and morale. I've now been to Expertise Physio for three issues and I am thoroughly impressed. The first two times they fixed my neck and knee pains, with exercises I still use today and this time I had back issues. There were no underlying health issues so I turned again to Expertise Physio. They really take the time to go through the different options, trying to pinpoint the exact issue but when they find it the exercises really target the problem. It took many sessions and I was kind of discouraged, thinking that it would be a permanent problem but I got back to normal. Thanks again!

I went to 5 different Physio’s and over 20 sessions. After 3 sessions with Sebastien, my hip issues were gone.

Dimitri has tremendously helped rehabilitate my herniated disc. His explanations are clear, efficient and very much tailored to the way my pain shifted. I noticed immediate and permanent relief with the specific exercises he gave me and a month later I was able to get back to my work as a professional ballerina, after a year of intense chronic pain. I can't thank him enough!!
