I took my cousins who are international students to the furniture stores on Kennedy road. We visited this store at the end of the day( late evening) before the store closing. The owner gave us an amazing deal that matched our budget. The owner is very nice and gave us lots of good advices. The delivery was on time and the delivery people were so nice. They finished moving the furnitures inside on time and properly. The furnitures are brand new. We still cannot believe that we got the best deal!!!! Thank you RK Furniture!!!

Purchased a bed set with queen mattress and sofa through Sanjeev and Mohammed at the store. Both these guys have been phenomenal as the custom chest was incorrect size and they arranged a replacement within a week. The delivery guys were great. Tip them $10-20 bucks. They even unpacked and arranged all the furniture and took out the packaging garbage. Like any other store on this strip, you have to haggle on pricing. Sanjeev is a straight shooter and so was I. We agreed on a bulk purchase within 10 mins. I would certainly go back again. I inquired about the negative reviews here and it was pretty evident that anyone who is completely satisfied rarely would leave a review. I am glad to leave them one. Everyone around them is selling the exact same furniture (customized).

Chirag from RK Furniture really came through for me. This was the third bed I tried to order but kept getting excuses and delays from other companies. He promised me I would have the bed within the week and it arrived in four days. It looks exactly like the catalogue and I couldn’t be happier.

We had an amazing experience with Raj and Sam. They gave us the best deal on Kennedy Road and had excellent customer service. Raj and Sam are very kind and did their best to get our furniture a week after we ordered it. We are waiting this Monday for our order and are very pleased with the service.

Raj gave us the best customer service. We got the accent chairs from them and then it didn’t match with our setting. Even after 2 weeks he took that back and gave us the new chairs!

We bought leather recliner set from Sanjeev(Sam). He was very helpful in the process of buying. After reading some other reviews I was nervous about delivery. But I bought the set Saturday and was delivered Monday. Overall very good experience.

Hi- I was told my order will be delivered between 7 to 10 days. Delivered a little late understandably because of Covid. My wife was worried after reading some reviews and we went to the store to get an update. Owner was really nice contrary to some comments here. Reassured us and we got the delivery on the earliest date. Very nice furniture and super nice price. Will definitely recommend and visit again for future furniture needs.

I purchased furniture 3 days ago. I got my delivery today. I am so impressed with the quality and waiting time. Fast service great prices nice people good quality. I am in love with this store. The best place ever. Drivers are great as well!

My husband and I purchased a 4-piece sectional (Canadian made here in Ontario) and the quality of the couch is great. I had some concerns purchasing at the time as I had read the awful reviews. However, I was reassured that often those who make reviews are those who aren't happy with their purchase and so I had promised to write a good review if I had indeed had a great experience. Well, I'm here a few months later to say I'm still very much happy with the couch and the service I received. The owner requests a small deposit and you come in to pay the rest once the couch is delivered to them. I was worried about this but it all worked out. I understand where they are coming from- they don't want someone ordering the couch and then not showing up. I did have to follow up via telephone to ensure that the couch was coming. However, I did purchase the couch during the most busiest time of the year (Boxing Day week). We almost purchased a couch at Bad Boy but (as the sales manager said he used to work at Bad Boy and is now a Good Boy!), but I'm super happy we didn't as Bad Boy's couch was of really bad quality. Our couch is very well made with high quality clasps to keep the sectional together. You won't be disappointed if you go with one of the Canadian-made couches. I came across a similar couch at one of the fancy home stores (it looked identical) and yet it was quite a bit more money. I recommend that if you want a good couch you buy it from here. However, be sure to follow up and be mindful that it can take 4 weeks for the couch to be made. Also, agreed that they are not good at answering their phone, but I did manage to get through one day.

After i order i read bad review here and then i got scared by review.
But they call me for pick up within 3 working day. its good product.

I had a great experience dealing with Prish. He gave me a very good deal. The furniture was delivered on time and as per expectations. They extended very good customer service. I bought a dining table and a sofa. Prish was very helpful by providing various options and gave a good deal for the items purchased. These guys are doing a great job by providing good quality items at reasonable rates. Support local business. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I never leave feedback on Google unless the service and customer care are absolutely amazing. I have to say that from the time I communicated with Sam, the experience was amazing.

COVID conscious, Sam used his own phone via FaceTime to show me the different sectional model. Very patiently, we discussed the fabric and length using a measuring tape. Sam was super attentive and courteous. We agreed on an amazing deal, which was free delivery !!!!!

The communication was outstanding from the beginning to the end. He personally came home and delivered the sectional in perfect condition.

If you hesitate to do business with Sam, please have no fear, he is legit and a true gentleman that hold to his words!

They have my 5 stars rating, any day !!!!

This is the best store ever!!! I have purchased almost 8000$ worth of furniture. Very polite people and the quality of the furniture is amazing. I was a bit scared by looking at the reviews but all these reviews are fake their furniture is literally the best I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM MORE THAN 5 STARS THE BEST PLACE EVERRRRRRR

I am not too sure what is going on with this review section. I can only narrow it down to one thing - you get what you pay for (buy a cheap set through them and expect it to last a lifetime is ludacris).

We purchased an Ashley bed set through these folks and the price is unbeatable. The promised delivery in 2-4 weeks and I received the set within the 2 weeks prior than expected.

The delivery/installation guys were awesome! They did a fantastic job and were extremely professional (rare to see with delivery personnel!)

I cannot comment on their other products but Ashley is the real deal. I will certainly be purchasing down the road through them and will update the review if need be.

Amazing service! I purchased an Ashley grey sectional from this store, it had great customer service and they promised me 1 week for the furniture and I received it within that time period. I find this amazing because Ashley usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to arrive! I would highly recommend this store! Buy from here one of the best stores on Kennedy!
