Starbucks

I don't know if this employee still works there but I am mainly writing a review for this man. HE IS ALWAYS IN SUCH A GOOD MOOD and literally made my day. I wish I remembered his name. The way he greets clients is very unique and honestly I am here for it.

Other than that, love my pumpkin spice chai latte, this should be there all year long. Truly. It is the best starbucks drink ever.

This barista made my day. I was overly tired, 3 days of driving with 4 kids, I just needed a coffee break and it was taking so long to order cuz of the kids and me being tired! But he was kind and patient and even made small talk to make me feel better. I didn’t even care at this point that most of my order were missing and had to order something else cuz he just gave me the best service!

This Starbucks is the only one I know that I can always find a place to sit and work a little bit.
The staff are very polite and professional.
It also has drive though which is very handy when in rush.

In general I've always had great experiences at all Starbucks, but this one is amazing! The baristas and staff are so friendly and super helpful! I even one time was chatting to them about how an ubereats order from them from another time had basically exploded in the bag (which was zero their fault and all the ubereats driver's fault!) And they made me a whole other one without me even asking! They just go above and beyond every time I go. This is my favourite Starbucks!

I've been going to this Starbucks for as long as I can remember and I have yet to be disappointed. Most people think of a small morning coffee run as nothing really special but after coming here every morning as part of my weekday routine, the staff have shown excellent service. I've never been to a coffee shop where they see you pulling up in the parking lot and already start your drink order before reaching the drive thru window. They always get my order right and great me with a warm "good morning Amanda!" when I reach the screen and voice box. A big shootout and thank you to Sandra and the rest of the team at my local Starbucks for making every morning start off on the right foot!

This place is the ultimate best Starbucks I have found in Laval. Great staff, fast service, clean environment with a magical touch !!!! Lots of windows. It’s easy to find a plug in if you need it. I often use the drive thru and get a fast serving accurate order. Big thanks to the staff !!

The best Starbucks in Laval. Efficient friendly service. No huge lineups because they get things done! We detour to come here now because the one on St-Martin is so slow and keeps messing up orders. This place does things right!

Stopped for coffee on my way to an appointment. (In reality I was lost following the GPS and hoping to find a Starbucks).
The ladies were very sweet polite and welcoming and very patient with me speaking French with them.
The place is clean and has a big table in the middle and one along the window with small individual tables elsewhere.
This is the second Starbucks I have visited in Montreal and I have to say the Venti Americano is different from the States. It is more acidic and feels "loose". The blend may be different.
This store is very nice and I recommend it.

Very clean Starbucks, staff was incredibly helpful. We came in looking for a Montreal mug, and didn't find it. But wait, the barrista came to our aid and dug one out. We were so happy. We then ordered are drinks, but he forgot mine. Still 5 stars because it's a Star bucks.

Great customer service ! Every time I go threw the drive threw the person at the window is so pleasant and great with the customers ! There is other Starbucks closer to me but I drive the extra distance for this Starbucks just because of the way the treat customers ! 👌

Excellent service...but i think its time to let more then 4 customers enter the store..enough with the Fauci nonsence.

Plenty of seating and power outlets. Weekday lunch hour has a bigger crowd due to the high school nearby.
