Thousand Island Fitness Center

Quite, friendly, fun gym with friendly family owners. This gym helped me lose 95 lbs in 90 days. They even called me to make sure I was ok when I missed a week. I purchased a year membership so they were generally encouraging me to work out. Highly recommend

My family and I spent the week nearby at Swan Bay. I looked up local gyms and Thousand Island Fitness was very close and their website had a great breakdown of their rates, which is perfect for tourists. I enjoyed talking to the new owner who gave me a key card to come at anytime during the week. The atmosphere was great and unmatched compared to going to a bigger and busier gym like I usually go to. I look forward to coming back........hopefully soon!

This gym has everything an avid athlete needs. Nothing fancy, plenty of mirror space and sturdy equipment. There is a single set of most standard gym equipment, so you may have to wait for a rack, but that's about it. Overall it's great for the value.

So grateful this place was available while I was visiting Alexandria bay. Kristen was fantastic and met me on Sunday morning for a day pass. Made all the difference in my trip. Will definitely be back next visit

They have the BEST equipment for a 24 hour gym. Thank God someone knows what people want in a gym and everything is sectioned off so you're not all up in people cool aid if you're there to squat 23 times your body weight and the retiree from Florida is getting a gnarly pump on with a set of 5s.

I love this place. They have everything you need and nothing that you don't. It's clean and orderly and the owners are absolute gems. Very happy to be a card carrying member at Thousand Islands Fitness Center again.

Small gym but they gave everything you need. I'm not a member but the lady behind the desk went above and beyond to make sure I could get a workout in

It's never that busy and they seem to have most of the equipment I needed to accommodate my workout while I was on vacation

Clean and efficient. Owners are friendly and helpful and are almost always on property which makes for easy access.
