Basics; 2014 Ford Fusion with steering and other issues. Abay Auto was recommended by people who've lived here all their lives. After diagnostics I was told I had battery and other issues. Long short, I was saved 250 bucks by Abay reminding me the battery was under warranty. Quality of service was purely evident which requires honesty. I had a great experience! I was there on vacation and my alternator stopped working. They were able to get me in quickly and they had my car repaired within a few hours. The price was reasonable and they did not try to take advantage of me even though I was in a tough situation. In fact the owner Rob even gave me a ride back to my hotel so I did not have to walk on busy route 12. This was nice of him to do and I appreciated the service from him and his staff!

It was an absolute delight dealing with a competent, kind, and efficient family-owned business after the exhausting nightmare I had dealing with Will's Wrecker. I called around town and everyone said Robert was the man, a great guy who would help me out, and he lived up to his reputation. I met his son, wife, mother, etc. while I was there, who were all lovely people as well. I really can't thank him enough for helping me out. 11/10

I had a rattling sound in my car when I arrived at my cottage on vacation. When I called, they got me right in the next morning. In 10 minutes, they solved the problem and it wasn't too expensive! If I ever have car problems in the future, when I am on vacation in Alex Bay, I will not hesitate to go there again. Highly recommend!!

There has never been a time that Rob hasn't helped out of a bind. I am always calling him to have his experience and knowledge on where I should troubleshoot. He has been right, every time. I live in California and do most of my own repairs, each time I've come up to a wall, he is my go to guy. Drove all the way from western New York and the check engine light came and I was dreading the worst because the car was driving funny. They took me in right away. The repair time was very short and I only paid $300 for it. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them.
