I have to say that napa auto in Alex bay is the best. I drove from Rochester ny and had a muffler problem. I drove in, no appointment They took me in and fixed my muffler..They put my car on a lift and showed me the problem. They were honest reasonable friendly . I can't say enough how relieved I was when They fixed my car... I highly recommend them. A Good honest auto repair shop is hard to find. But I found this one ...I GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD!!! Thanks so much. If I lived up here this would be the ONLY place id take my car.

A few years back, NAPA Auto Parts replaced the clutch in our car within one day turn a round. Replaced my battery immediately, 15 minute waiting time. Prompt service. Highly recommend.
