Carnegie Bay Trail

Being a local resident of this trail, I use it daily for walking my dog. I have the courtesy of stooping and scooping after my dog. A sign to encourage this, obviously needs to be erected at the entrance. This is a beautiful addition to our neighbor and also used by cottagers and campers.

Great time !

I was really excited to check out this trail based on the reviews and pictures others posted. Unfortunately, my experience was very different than others. There was a sign for “Carnegie Bay Trail” but the 2 trail openings were unmarked and weren’t walking/running trails as others mentioned. One was closed off and overgrown. The other was grassy and uneven with loads of holes just waiting for someone to sprain an ankle. It was more suitable for off road vehicles. Eventually the path opened to a golf course. It was very confusing bc the bay was on the opposite side of the street from the park so there was no way these trails would have followed the water. We gave up and went home. Needs better signage. Super disappointing.
