There is a lot of choice of hardwood, vinyl, laminate flooring and a huge selection of tiles. The products seem to be of good quality, the specs are easily accessible when shopping. Prices seem competitive in the vinyl isle, (what I was looking for) I haven't bought what I want yet so I can't comment on after slaes customer experience but the browsing experience is nice.

Bought vinyl flooring and natural stone tiles, great selections and quality at competitive prices. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to guide and help me with my needs. Highly recommend.

After shopping around for hardwood floors for a couple of months, i came upon Payless in Laval and i found my gorgeous flooring there! I had looked in at least 10 retailers and didnt like anything for my budget! Only here i found not only the floors i fell in love with but an impressive service from Dave and Raoulph !
Dave my salesperson took the time to even recommend a highly qualified installer William, even before i had bought the floors!
William did an excellent instalation at a competitive price and also installed my new baseboards!
I HIGHLY recommend this place !

Somewhat limited selection of flooring and tiles but outstanding prices. To get the best bang for your buck, you'll have to visit often to see what they have in stock, there are some gems to be found.
