Shannon and Marina and the Georgian Bay Yamaha Team made my new Yamaha 900 GT motorcycle purchase an exceptional experience. From the open no hassle buying experience to the timely delivery, they made the whole transaction all too easy. Received frequent email and text updates through the process, greeted by name with a smile and was given a step by step walk through of the payment, ownership activation and orientation on the features of the bike at delivery. The staff at Georgian Bay Yamaha were a pleasure to deal with when buying my new Waverunner. Bernie was friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the Waverunner being in storage at the time, Bernie opened up the building so, I could get on it and ensure that it was the right machine. Bernie also spent time with me to get the pricing right.

The ladies at the counter were great. They were well organized with paperwork and remembered me when I called. They knew exactly what was in stock and were able to get the accessories I was looking for right away.

The machine was clean and out front when I came to pick it up. Bernie walked me through its operation and answered the questions I had. I brought my youngest daughter with and she played upstairs with the owner's and staff's kids at their daycare. Even Kevin and Molly are there to greet you. Great motorcycle purchase experience!
Bought a motorcycle from GB Yamaha at the end of April. Was very impressed with Shannon from sales. He was able to get me a great deal on a new 2023 Super Tenere.
I live 400 km away and he was able to allay concerns I had about purchasing the bike w/o viewing in person. The dealership was flexible with their final delivery procedure making it a stress free experience.

There are closer Yamaha dealers to me but I 10 out 10 recommend Shannon Bell and his team.

Called in to ask if oil filter was in stock for my YZ250, Diane (spelling?) was very helpful and efficient, put part aside for me, was ready to go when I went in to pick it up. Fast and efficient for a simple $20 transaction.

My wife recently purchased two PW50s from Shannon. Had such a great experience. Was such an easy transaction. Started with a phone call, got a clear price and bikes were ready within a week and a half. Price was great (better than other dealerships I called- no covid tax thankfully). Pick up went smooth, and we now have two happy 3.5 year old boys. Thanks a ton!! When papa is ready to buy them snowmobiles, we know where were going.

Amazing power sports dealer! I've purchased 2 motorcycles and an atv from them, all great experiences. Service team is thorough, sales members are knowledgeable and pleasant. During covid they have been extremely busy, and understandable so, as every other business is as well. I don't mind waiting for a quality business and supporting my local Yamaha dealer.

We recently purchased a pw50 from Shannon Bell at Georgian Bay Yamaha. Shannon set the stage for excellent customer service from start to finish. He was patient while we asked a variety of questions; he was knowledgeable about the product and the additional products/inventory at GBY. When he was explaining how to operate the bike, he spoke to me and my children - which showed me that he respected us all... parents and future riders.

I bought my Waverunner from Georgian Bay Yamaha last summer and just booked winterization and storage with them for this winter. The level of customer service during every single interaction I've had has been nothing less than outstanding. Great place for my Business as customer sales lady was courteous and without pressure...felt like family there, used other places in the southern GB area to purchase recreational products and never had that family feel anywhere else....

I recently had my motorcycle recall repair completed at GBY. I was extremely impressed with the customer service communication I received from Marina (Service Manager) and the entire service team. The repair was completed in a timely and thorough manner. I did not purchase my motorcycle from GBY, but I will the next time. I will be recommending this dealership to all of my friends and family. May, 2024 - I just took my motorcycle back to GBY for a follow up recall which had been issued by Yamaha following the initial one. The recall involved an ECU reprogramming, which took approximately an hour. Diane at the Service desk was extremely friendly and professional. The work was completed without issue, and the mechanic even tightened a couple screws that were overlooked during my home maintenance. Thank You

I can't find the words to say how amazing the staff are they go above and beyond in their customer service. Their sales team knows the ins and outs of everything there and the techs are so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend going to them for anything you need.

Being a "new" older snowmobile owner I need a lot of help troubleshooting problems with the machine. Each time I go into GBY the staff are very friendly, they take the time to explain things, and are very knowledgeable. Thank you to all the staff there! I highly recommend this dealership.
