The customer service is amazing. The product I purchased was a Moroccan Milifa, and I am very pleased with the quality. I have purchased similar Milifas in the past from other stores, and the quality does not even come close to the product this vendor offers. I was so happy that I purchased a second Milifa :).

Agree pick-up hours are not the best, but that just means having to pay for shipping if you want convience, or purchasing from the retail stores that offers full-time retail hours with a higher price that reflects their operatioanl cost. They clearly are an e-commerce business.

The brother who assisted us was exceptional, he was very understanding and hands-on, taking the time to find us everything we needed despite the busy Eid preparations. The store offered a great variety of traditional and modern Islamic wear, and the brother who assisted us was knowledgeable and offered helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for both traditional and modern Islamic wear. However, I would suggest the store consider hiring seasonal workers during busy periods to support their exceptional staff. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning to this store for all my future Islamic wear needs.
