Delorme's RV Sales Parts & Service

The folks at Delorme’s have winterized our camper for several winters. They have also provided excellent “unplanned” service in a pinch when we really needed it. Service has been done expertly, efficiently, and has been reasonably priced. They recently facilitated the sale of our camper. On top of these reasons, they are the kindest, friendliest, and most accommodating people we have encountered! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

We went there for a couple of trailer items , they didn’t have the part I needed (because it was older) so the son MacGyvered away to make it work. I met the mother and son and they were over the top friendly , generous and helpful.
I would shop there anytime. If they don’t have what you need they will get you to the right place.

Wife and I bought a Catalina through this dealership this year - Excellent customer service, excellent pricing. The owners are very knowledgable and will definitely help you with setting up your vehicle for towing correctly right through to what type of mats to put at your doorway to trap dirt. If you visit, make sure to speak to Reilly about service and setup. Hes very laid back and very helpful. We blew a water pump this summer while 6.5 hours away (manufacturer problem) and Delormes shipped us a replacement ASAP with no trouble at all. All in we have had a wonderful experience! Would recommend highly to anyone!

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. I’m new to the rv lifestyle and didn’t purchase my tent trailer from them, yet they have treated me and my family like I did purchase it there. They care about your needs and go out of there way to help in any way possible. They are the very definition of customer service. I will be buying my next trailer there and will only use them for service and parts from now on. They have good prices on products and services and a great selection of units to purchase. If you live in the North Bay Area or just passing through make sure you stop in and say hi.

We purchased a GeoPro two years ago and have nothing but good to say regarding the service, our camper and how helpful the staff have been in helping us as we navigated the
