I visit Asana for both yoga and massage. The yoga teachers are brilliant, very sensitive and careful to check in with you to ensure everything is happening at a pace you can handle. Very comforting when your at the junior level as I am. For massage I can only say it was incredibly restorative and healing, Karen was simply the best massage I ever had and she was great to target my problem areas and recommend things to do after the massage to help. I would hesitate to go anywhere else.

I call for change appointment she said Friday 12:45 pm but when i go there i found out she never put me trough the lady in the front desk she didn’t do her job good.. i take a day off for that appointment. Its a waste of time
