Lady, my dog loves this place. She gets very excited when she sees it. Staff are wonderful with the dogs and very helpful. They offer grooming, and they do a great job. Prices are great, and they do offer a lot of add-on services if your dog is staying for an extended period. Kennels are very clean. I use this place if I need to board Lady. They also have taken pictures and sent me notice so that I can see what Lady is doing.

My Jacque, and Jillybean were looked after so well. I had no issues whatsoever and was so appreciative of the posted pictures of my fur babies while I was away. I found the cost very reasonable and will definitely use Very Important Pets again.

I had never left my puppies before (one of which gets a bit anxious) and the amazing staff took great care of my fur babies! They provided me daily updates to keep me in the loop on how they were and give me comfort in knowing they were okay.
The grooming was also amazing my giant pups were afraid of going down the stairs into the basement at the groomers so they accommodated the needs of my pups and gave them the most amazing treatment. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing company. 🐶🐾

Hand down one of the best experiences. I took my older dog there for a grooming and she turn out great. On top of that they spoiled her with treats and toys. Cant wait for my next appointment. Hands down the best around. Would recommend to anyone.

I called this place a few days before arriving in Stettler. Laura was friendly, transparent and very helpful with getting my girl booked for her stay while we went on the Alberta Prairie Railway. Originally, I had thought we would be able to pick up my girl during regular hours, but turned out we needed to pick her up early. The added fee was worth getting home a couple hours earlier than if we waited for the earliest pick up time. Upon picking her up, we were gifted a little bag of treats and found out our pup likes to party when she's not busy keeping an eye on us. She definitely enjoyed her day out and will return if/when the need arises. Thanks so much for a great experience for my girl.

I have an 8 year old miniature poodle, a 4 year old standard poodle, and this was their first ever stay at a boarding kennel. I am so pleased with the care and concern my puppies experienced, and will definitely be back.
