My VW car key broke and I called them to make a new key. He came on time and helped me out the same day. He also fixed my other key fob that was not working because of water damage.

Absolutely best car key replacement service, and would recommend to everyone. I lost my car keys last night while doing grocery shopping (everything: key, fob). Tried looking for it in the store & went everywhere to see if I dropped it, no luck. I called Dani today & he came today to make a key replacement. His rate was way better than my own car dealership rate. And just like that, erasing my stress, he did it! He was so easy to talk to, and I can drive my car again!! I called to have my deadbolts and door knobs for my patio doors replaced, and David arrived within an hour and did the job perfectly. David is clearly such a perfectionist and skilled professional, I highly recommend.

Dani came to my house originally to try and fix my safe. He did so and I am still able to use my safe, he didn't have to break into it. Also had him repair the deadbolt on my front door. The person who originally installed it had slightly misaligned the deadbolt and the hole in the other door so it had been very tight to close over the years and thus wore out the parts on the inside of the deadbolt. Instead of replacing the whole lock, he replaced the internal parts of the deadbolt and grinded the hole on the other door so now it's easier for us to lock and unlock the deadbolt. Overall, did a great job.

Dani did amazing and hard job for my Mitsubishi. I really appreciate and recommend him to everyone. Thank you !

I contacted Matrix after losing my car keys and was not disappointed!! They helped me get back into my car and reprogrammed a new key fob for me. They were fast, super helpful, and very well priced! I’m not sure the technicians name but they he was very knowledgeable and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

I was looking for a locksmith to put in new locks for our place and chose Matrix. The reviews did not steer me wrong and I gladly add another positive one to the list. The customer service from time I emailed to being onsite was fast and professional. David, the locksmith, was awesome, and did a great job. I contacted Matrix regarding a multi point locking system that needed repair. At first I wasn't satisfied with the service, but then received help from the owner Daniel who took it upon himself to make sure my problem was resolved. As a small business owner, I can appreciate the efforts of business owners who really care about their clients. I was truly impressed with the fact that Daniel saved the day! Definitely would call them back!

Reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced service. Made copies of my security-chipped ignition key and fob. Even threw in three house key copies I needed as well! All work flawlessly. I’m a renovations carpenter, will be recommending Matrix Locksmith to my clients.

David was amazing! He is really knowledgeable and made great suggestions about what options we had. He knew the different locks and worked quickly setting up our new locks! Don’t hesitate to use him!

*Update* Dani was able to fix our Mini Cooper key fob by replacing some broken internal components, as opposed to the more costly and complicated alternative of programming a new fob. The key fob worked fine for about month, but then stopped working. Dani came back and replaced one of the internal coils for no additional charge. He did advise that if it stops functioning again - programming a new fob would be necessary. He said if it came to that, he would discount the programming price to offset what I paid for the initial fix.

Great company and those that are working there. Very friendly. They definitely know what they are doing. I tried calling five different Locksmiths before and none of them could help with multilock system that I have. These guys were amazing. Not only they came early but were efficient and honest.

Best locksmith service in the Toronto area! had my front door lock and handle set change, I chose the beautiful lock set from the options the locksmith gave me, he at the same time installed the new lock and handle. The lock installation took about 40 minutes, the work was clean and professional . very happy with the service.

David from Matrix came by same day I experienced an issue with my multi-point lock on my front door. He was honest about the issue and didn't push for unnecessary repairs. If in the future, I run into issues again, I know I'll be contacting Matrix and David again.

Matrix Locksmith was very responsive and came to my house right after I called them. David was very efficient in fixing my lock issues and offered additional recommendations to further improve my door locks which I greatly appreciated.

What a pleasure from beginning to end. Dani phoned me ahead of time for a heads up before the scheduled appointment. He showed up early and we had a nice introductory chat about what I needed done. I ended up having a main door entry lock replaced, 2 dead bolts, 2 new door knobs, and a car key fob replaced. The two deadbolts were re-keyed no problem as well. The entire process from beginning to end was expertly handled by Dani. A true professional in every regard. Friendly, respectful, and courteous as well. Prices were more than fair and there didn't seem to be any challenges which he couldn't handle effortlessly. I overwhelmingly recommend Matrix Locksmith and especially Dani. I'm writing this review as a very satisfied customer.

Thank you Matrix Locksmith for fixing my multipoint mechanism door lock! As the multipoint locking system failed on me and the door wouldn't lock.
I have searched over the internet/ Google for a professional to repair my Multi-point door lock, and finally found Matrix to come to my house in Toronto, the same day of my call.
