New dentist doesn't use numbing cream before injecting the needle which makes for a painful and unpleasant trip to the dentist every time.

Unfortunately my children are very reluctant to their next visit.. unlike the painless dentistry we've experienced for the past few decades with the last dentist that was at that establishment.

Very disappointing.
