I was in this store on Thursday for some materials of a bathroom.
I found that all the stuffs in Markham branch were polite and helpful.
Especially Kevin, Alvin and Sam. They were very friendly, sincere and patient in guiding me to get all the suitable things they I needed. Strongly recommend this store to my friends.

I always have a positive experience at this Rona, recently got a great deal on a weber BBQ and the team members Paul, Freddy and Seema were extremely helpful from start to finish even helping me load it into my van.

I was looking for doors to match existing ones and Doug went out of his way to help me find them and get them. He searched every vendor and we got them within a week. Customer service was amazing and always with a smile. So thank you Doug for your patients and for not giving up. 😊

Came in to looking to buy a few screws that were missing from a crib that was given to us by a friend. The worker and manager who helped me were both very kind, friendly and professional and although they didn't have the exact screw (since the crib was manufactured internationally) the manager sent me to Brafasco (who did have the screw). Thank you for linking/directing me on where to go, I appreciate the time and the help. Always a great location to go to for friendly and helpful service.

If you have a demand for home appliances, my suggestion is to make multiple comparisons. An enthusiastic and professional salesperson will help you solve many problems, Benny is. He will make you think the value of this money is spent, so customer service is very very very important. Recommend this appliance store.

Nice little Location.
-I usually do my online order picks up here and its ready the same day or the next.
-This location doesn't seem to have much stock as the bigger ones.
-The younger employees always seem nice and respectful.

Fast and easy pick up for web order, the two guys at the shipping dock area were friendly and helpful.

Visited this store today to buy a vanity which was heavy. Emily, Herman and Shaurya were very nice and helpful. The 2 gentlemen also helped me load the vanity into my car. Knowing I was also buying a few light fixtures, Emily suggested that I take a look at the clearance section. She also took the time to walk me to the blue skids where items were placed and reminded me that there is an additional 75% off. I bought 2 great led lights. Will definitely come again. Thank you!

First time at this location and had a long list. Doug was unbelievably helpful and very knowledgeable. Went over the top looking for products I needed other Rona stores were out of.
