Twice now needed the smallest screws lol to repair a bed and a longer size to repair my kitchen chairs. Well not only did I get the merchandise needed but the how to...from the loveliest lady working in that department. I will definitely ask her name next time. She is super knowledgeable and so polite.

I kind of come often here, not only because it's close to home, they have good prices, their personnel is readily available to answer questions and they do not seem annoyed / frustrated / too busy to help out. It's the contrary, they're polite, service oriented and they try to help out with any questions you could have, and that for me is absolutely the most important thing I expect from a renovation center. Cheers and keep up the good services.

They seem to have plenty of stock, and they had what I was looking for

Much bigger location than the other RONA on des laurentides north of highway 440. They have most of what you need and are stocked up on pretty much everything they sell. The store appears to be well maintained, and never crowded. overall pleasant home hardware shopping experience when shopping here. The staff is also helpful when needed.

clerks were all helpful. took their time with me. one of them figured out my issue with the minimum of information i gave him.

Professional staff upon entering the store and great advice from one of the workers regarding a type of glue I needed to attach the rear-view mirrors to my trolleybus model. Bravo to the entire RONA team!
