I wish to thank the whole staff that helped me and especially for Jupiter and his needs. A special thank you to Claudia at receptionist for making this all happen at such a short notice, thank you also to Trish and Dr Mohamed Elshafey and Jupiter’s Lab Tech. Cheers and keep up the amazing and friendly care to our 4 legged loved ones :) Highly recommend!

Super nice took us early to treat our dog because we thought we were going to lose her but she is ok

Great service, very kind staff. I didn't have an appointment but I had an emergency with one of my cats and they took 10 minutes out of their time to see her. Meds were expensive but hey, where is it not?

Good prices and good service. My dog had a surgery there and she received good care. Even if I have to drive 45min to go there (there is closer places) I don't hesitate.

Our tiny teacup chihuahua was bit by a 160 lb lab pit mix. It was very unexpected and sudden! We were out of town at a family member’s house. Having to drive 54 minutes to the nearest Veterinarian Hospital, we arrived at HVL.

We were immediately seen. Water was provided, Kleenex. They even offered to monitor her while we grabbed our belongings remaining at our relatives home. Upon return, they took their time to assess her, run exams and xrays. We were very pleased that they even prepared us mentally for what was to come.

Although our chi suffered a fractured part of her skull, slight dislocated shoulder and swollen right side, she still was in good spirits somehow! I think it was due to the comfortable setting and positive climate at HVL.

We are going back today for a check up. I am willing to drive 1 hour and 30 mins from our home (as our pup is fit for travel), to provide her with the best care in Ottawa/Quebec area.

Definitely do not pass up this opportunity to seek professional veterinarian services and advice!

Great hospital and staff. They take great care of the animals even the homeless and abandoned cats are well cared for and treated with love and respect. Plus they're open 7days a week which is so awesome!!

I love the Lachute Veterinary Hospital in Quebec.

Last night my toilet backed up and my dog(Jake) drank some of the brown water, he got very sick so I took him to an Ottawa vet near by and they wanted $200 just to see a Vet. I took Jake home and monitored him over night, the next morning I brought him to his regular Vet in Lachute QC. Which is a 1:15 drive.

They saw Jake I explained what happened I saw a Tech and a Vet all very nice and Animal friendly, after all was said and done they suggested antibiotics for the bacteria he ingested and Some probiotic for his Diarrhea. My total bill including Consultation +1 weeks medication $93.50

Best doctors, best service and the less expensive vet. I took my dog for his broken leg every week from montreal to la chute but it worth it.

This vet is amazing..just wish it wouldn't $$$so much sadly not everyone can afford to go to vet
