Excellent services! I took my dad 1 day before his trip and I told the staff we need to get the results next day before 1pm and it wasn’t possible for us to do the test 2 days before his trip because then his results would be expired because of the long trip. They put a note on his account and We received the results at 12pm next day right on time and I definitely take my mom to do her pcr test with this clinic before her return flight. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I arrived on time and my PCR test was done within 5 minutes. The person conducting the test explained the procedure so well. This is my second visit. I received the results within the promised 24 hours. It is really appreciated to have reliable results within the agreed period. Thank you.

One of the fastest travel tests I have ever taken. It took me less than 5 minutes to get the test done and leave. The turnaround on the results was faster than the expected time, I got my results the next day evening. Would recommend for a cheap, and quick test!

My appointment was made in a quick courteous way. The special 199 weekend price enabled me to still be able to afford my trip. Although many people had appointments on a Sat morning I was seen within 10 min of my schedule and I got the results at 10 am on Sunday instead of 10 pm which made me feel so much more relaxed about my required documents. Very courteous office staff.

West jet kept changing our flight and everytime Care Point staff were great, they had no trouble accommodating the changes. When we visited the clinic on Joyce they were great. They had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and courteous. I think it took us longer to walk to and from our vehicle than the time spent in the clinic. I stress myself out everytime I travel so this extra stress hasn't helped but I can happily say that they pleasantly surprised me. Our test was at 3:20 and I had the results in my email at 4:11 the next day. Less than 25 hours for results. Thank you Care Point for making this trip a lot less stressful. Please forgive the length of my response but this is the first time I've reviewed any company.

I was a bit anxious beforehand but everything went smoothly. Had a really nice experience!
Went to have covid test for travel and my appointment was 9am. I arrived at around 8:40 so I waited for a while and then got everything done even before 9am! The whole process only involves verifying your information and the nasal swab (which only took a few seconds).
Staff were all really nice! :)

update: got my results next day at 10am

My friend in Mission BC found this Covid testing site site prior To my flight. I got an online video service appointment within 24 hours of my departure to the States. Was able to use an approved antigen test kit.
The physician was patient and kind. The remote video service was offered at a discounted price, and the approval certificate was emailed within hours of the zoom call.

My sweet experience with this clinic starts from the remind e-mail 1 day before my test. Staffs there are nice, professional and efficiency. Most of all I got the result unexpectedly at noon the next day of my test, I could see my result 2 hours early if I checked my e-mail earlier;) Thank you very much.

This was my first time getting a nasal swab test, I was extremely nervous, however the doctor carefully explained to me the procedure and swab material etc which made the whole process extremely easy going. He was very gentle and the sample swabbing only took maximum 10 seconds and it was not as bad as I expect. The result came back next day at 3pm. Very happy I chose this clinic, they are professional and on-time with the result. Highly recommend this clinic for travel covid test!

I booked 2 of my appointment online and paid in advance and the extra $50 for the documents needed for Japanese health authorities. Test was a deep nasal swab. Quick and easy. Friendly staff made the experience pleasant.
Went in for a test at 1:50pm and got my results the next day around 5pm.
Second appointment was at 1:20pm and got my results around 6pm. Both results via email.

I have a high respect and gratitude for Care Point Medical Clinic - Joyce. Test results came very quickly, and that was never a concern for both times I booked my PCR tests with them to travel. The staff were so friendly and patiently dealt with any glitches in my travel plans. Efficient, sanitary, and helpful service requires me to give them 5 stars for sure! Will book my covid test with them for my next flight.

We did the same day antigen test remotely and it went so smooth. The nurse was so helpful and super patient. We received our certificate within a few hours. I definitely recommend Care Point.

Our appointments were at 1:10 and 1:20 pm on a very busy Fri afternoon in the clinic with regards to pre-flight RT-PCR tests. Received our results via email with certificate ready to print by 2:27 pm Saturday (next day). We were informed that we would get the results by 10pm on Saturday, but we are happy to receive them earlier. Staff were very professional and efficient. Thanks!

My wife and I booked covid tests at the Care Point clinic. We had to move our trip 2 days later, and requested a change in the test time. This was done (by e-mail) immediately.

We came at the booked time and were immediately taken in for the tests, which were performed swiftly and not painfully.

The document we were given told us to expect results by 10 pm tonight. They arrived by e-mail and we had no difficulty uploading them to the Hawaii government website.

So, Care Point did what we wanted, and we have no complaints about them.

I’m from USA spend a weekend in BC . This clinic is very clean, nice people with professional service . COVID-19 PCR test result should be on next day before 10 pm . I got my result from email before 7 pm . I have more time go for check in on Airline app.
Fast service and fast results , price acceptable,

I have been a client of this clinic for over 15 years, and always have had great experience with administration staff as well as medical professionals of the clinic. Recently, I booked a PCR test as a part of my travelling requirements. After I booked the test and paid for it, the requirements have changed. I spoke with Ben in the clinic over the phone, he was very respectful ,understanding and courteous. He returned my money in FULL recognizing that this matter happened out of my control. Had an amazing experience with the Nurse Practitioner Barbara Radons. Spent time listening to any issues I had and just was very thorough and diligent about explaining everything. Didn’t feel like I was being rushed or that my concerns were being dismissed. Honestly my experience with her has been better than any other doctor I’ve ever talked to. Cant recommend her enough really. She can do everything that a family doctor can (and in my experience does it better than they do) and just overall was incredibly knowledgeable and amazing. I will continue seeing her for any issues I have. Her availability is also great and you don’t have to wait forever to see her.

Go to Care Point medical for your worry free COVID testing. Got in right on appointment time, no unnecessary waiting time. Delivered results same day as promised. In fact within 8 hours!! Fantastic job, staff is professional and friendly. Accommodated name change request, answered all queries, did not felt rushed.
