Tim is one of the nicest guys people I’ve met. Ive been going to this corner store for 2-3 years now. Everytime i don’t have enough he always get money from his tip jar and pays the rest. If I could rate more I would.

Great for a local store if you just need to grab something quick and don't want to go to Safeway. Much better prices than the other convenience store right by the station and the guy is much nicer

The owner here is nicer then the one right at joyce station. Clean store, well kept, he has a public computer that you can use ! I usually get eggs and milk from here when im to lazy to go to the grocery store.

Every neighborhood in the city needs a store like this. Tim is a staple of our community. We have mentioned drinks and snacks in passing and the man went to Trader Joe's and had them in stock the next week to surprise us. If you want a great little store that makes you feel like family this is the place. When I lived there, my family would actually stop to see Tim before they came to my house lol, that's how cool of a guy he is. Also if you love the big Aloe Vera drinks he sells them way cheaper than 7-11. There is also a computer with internet and a printer there. All the usual snacks and food and candy. He has the good candy bars they dont usually sell here and always has special pop.

They have a large variation of Arizona and pop, and the guy behind the counter is always so nice and friendly. Love this little store!

Best place to grab a drink you might not see else where, and the guy at the counter is a pretty nice guy :)
