I have used their Visa Services in the past and currently to obtain a Chinese Visa quickly and not have to go twice to the Chinese Visa Centre in downtown Toronto as they can pick it up for you. Excellent communication and fast service. Michael & Nathan provide easy instructions for necessary information and requirements, helping with the application completion process, setting up the appointment and physically meeting you at the Visa Centre to ensure that everything is completed properly to ensure success. From beginning (submitting application) to end (receiving your passport back with Visa), it took for me 1.5 weeks. Well worth the nominal service fee. Thanks China Travel Services!

I had a great experience with China Travel Service. Both Michael and Nathan are well organized, professional and will make sure everything runs smoothly for you during the visa application process. I was stressed out trying to figure out how to get a visa to China after reading all the negative reviews for the China visa application center in Toronto. I understood why people were having a hard time because the lady that handled my application looked like she was trying to find something wrong with my application until Nathan spoke to her. I am grateful he was there or I have a feeling my application would have been rejected even though I had all the information that was required. I also purchased the transportation service with China Travel service and all drivers were wonderful to deal with. They were all so helpful, caring, polite and understanding. I got my China visa from this place. They are polite and professional, they get the job done wright. My time is expensive and valuable. I didn't want to wait in line and go through a bunch of bureaucracy procedures that are frustrating - typical government process. Proficient in the English language was a plus. When China finally lifted its COVID travel restrictions this year, I eagerly purchased the plane tickets, booked the hotels and applied for my Chinese visa. Unfortunately, my application was rejected for the following reasons:
1. Although I was born in China, I moved to Hong Kong with my parents when I was 2 years old. I was considered as a Chinese national but I don't have a birth certificate.
2. When I came to Canada as a student, I had my Chinese name on my travel document. But my current Canadian passport shows my English name only.
When I received my rejection email, I was devastated because I could lose thousands of dollars on my airfares and hotel reservations, But most importantly, I will lose the chance to visit the beautiful country where I was born.
Fortunately, my lawyer suggested me to contact China Travel Service (CTS) to see if they could assist me with my visa application. I talked to one of their staff and he told me that he would try to obtain the visa for me. He then drafted a letter explaining my situations to the Chinese Consulate General.
Today, I just received a call from CTS telling me that my visa is ready to be picked up at their office. I couldn't have thanked CTS enough for making my China trip a reality. If any of you are planning to apply for a Chinese visa, please learn from my mistakes. You can save a lot of hassles by going directly to CTS instead of trying to do it yourself. You should leave the visa application to the professional like CTS and start packing. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Very impressed with China Travel Service (Canada) Inc! They had been recommended to me and now I definitely recommend them to everyone! I contacted Mr Michael Zhao of China Travel Service (Canada) Inc. about getting a visa so that I could go to China for schooling and to visit my sister. He patiently explained everything and sent me all the forms I needed to fill out to apply. He walked me through all the paperwork and everything I needed to do to apply. I do not live in Toronto so he did all of the communication with the Consulate of China in Toronto. He personally went to the Consulate to apply for me and also personally talked with them over the phone. He was very helpful and easy to communicate with and made the whole process so much easier. Because of this company’s connections with the Consulate of China, I was able to have an earlier appointment and get my visa application passed faster. If I had not heard of this company I would not have been able to go to China. So a big thank you to China Travel Service (Canada) Inc. and Mr Zhao. Very highly recommended!

We haven't been able to return to China for years because of the pandemic. Once the restrictions were lifted it was still a daunting and difficult process...until we contacted Michael. He was the best! He made the process easy. Just a few emails back and forth and I had my visa in a few days. You can trust this guy! The man's out here reuniting families.

I've always managed the VISA process myself with the assistance of our EA. But since March of 2020, the process is is more complicated, and information I was getting, as to what documents to provide, was not clear. My husband had used Michael to process his Chinese VISA in the Fall of 2020, he suggested I try Michael. I will from now on use this service and Michael Zhou, even if the process goes back to what it was before March 2020. Michael is clear as to what is needed, he is thorough and professional. I am not from Toronto, but when I rang my local travel agency to ask about booking a trip to China, I was referred to China Travel Service's office in Toronto because its staff are experts when it comes to the Chinese visa application process. Indeed, I the people I spoke with were friendly, helpful, and were able to answer all of my questions about the Chinese visa application process. Thanks to their help, I was successful in obtaining a visa within 5 working days of having my documents arrive at their office by registered mail. I wish I had rang China Travel Service much sooner instead of attempting to contact the Chinese consulate by phone!

My only criticism of China Travel Service is that I did not receive a response when I emailed the company to ensure that my application was in order. A quick call got me my answer, so doing things the old fashioned way (by telephone) is definitely the preferred way of doing business. Save yourself the trouble of typing out a message and just give China Travel Service a call to help you obtain a visa - you'll be glad you did!

With all the uncertainty and constant changes due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Michael was extremely diligent throughout the application process, and ensured that I had all the necessary information in real time. I highly doubt that I would have been able to get a visa before the new year without his help. I definitely recommend China Travel Service (Canada).
