My building had roof repair done by this company and I will give them a C- in how they treat their customers. They have parked in my parking spot - all spots are reserved for residents but they did not care and parked wherever. Their hours of work was supposed to be 8am to 6pm and most of the month they worked at my building they ALWAYS started before 8am - I live on the top floor corner apartment and have had to deal with their rudeness every day when I ask them to please wait until 8am I would get attitude and told to mind my business. They would put all of their smelly oil run engines right beside my window so the smell was overwhelming.

They may be professional in some capacity as I have read in the reviews but they were certainly not professional at all at my building. I Would NOT recommend them at all

They have returned and are still experiencing the same poor attitude by the workers - if you ask a question they are rude and dismissive in their response. Perhaps they should hire people who are good AND nice to people and are not RUDE

Terrible experience dealing with one of the guys in the red trucks. Awful. Never use them.
